The hotel isn’t maintained well , poor service by the reception staff . Ac broke down & wasn’t repaired , front office suddenly asked for 24 hours to repair. We asked for a bed with a Queen size but got two singles , when asked for a single bed we were informed it’s too expensive to clean the room . While the hotel is in a great location , support staff is limited

No. 18 Hotel staff were very kind. They let us for an early check-in without making us wait. Masala omelette was very tasty with bread toast. Room service was prompt. Best part is its location proximal to all the main tourist spots. Value for money.

No welcome drink, no help with luggage — but hey, I was warmly greeted by 10 dead cockroaches in the room. The AC barely worked, which was fine since the real thrill began at 1 AM when the power went out. Reception? Abandoned. Power came back at 2:30, long after my will to live. Sleep? A distant dream. Stay here if you enjoy heat, bugs, and disappointment. Don’t expect good night sleep. But it doesn’t end in the night, next morning the breakfast is the worst. Expect 100% disappointment ! 1/5 stars — the 1 is for the roaches who didn’t make it.

The front reception is behaving like they are giving room for free, no hot water, old property with 0 maintenance. Never opt for any kind of travel.

During our overnight stay at No.18 Hotel, we encountered several concerning issues that significantly diminished our experience. The amenities advertised by the hotel were severely lacking. Notably, none of the amenities mentioned were operational during our stay. The service provided was subpar, despite the hotel’s claims of being a four-star establishment. Specifically, the following issues were encountered: 1. The rooms were of an average quality and lacked functional showers in all the rooms we occupied. 2. The hair dryer was inoperable. 3. The mini-bar did not provide bottled water. 4. The towels were not provided adequately. 5. The breakfast was of a mediocre quality. 6. The reception staff was often unresponsive to our inquiries. The management should address these issues promptly. Alternatively, it may be prudent to leave them unaddressed. We strongly advise against labeling this establishment as a four-star hotel.

The moment I entered, the feel was it’s an old hotel. It was smelling all over including Rooms. Staff at reception was “batameez”. Shower in bathroom was not working. Tissues and dustbin was not there in room. Breakfast was also minimalistic, only tea coffee & poori bhaaji with Dosa. All in all neither 3 star nor 4 star. Room service was not there. You have to get your luggage also by your own. No food served in room at all. Makemymtrip or MMT should really think before giving rating to any hotel or else MMT’s will loose trust of their customer. And this has happened thrice with me in 1.5 years. Also rating as 4.1 from MMT is really a dhoka. Thanks

It was horrible sty there. No proper. Killing waiting to get anything. Even mineral water. No proper water in toilet. Lights were damaged. The whole property is in its dying stage.

Hotel lacks professionalism in all way. Bed sheets and bathroom were not clean. Only positive is the spacious room.

Its close to many spot area mostly you can complete by walk. Before book this hotel i do read review mix reaction but if they proactive would be good. Free breakfast i think should make more variety

This property grossly lack maintainance of ac, bathroom fittings, furniture etc. They are only using location advantage and milking money from customer bookings without bothering to maintain the propety

The stay was terrible, the staff didn't have the basic manners to listen to their customers and resolve their issue. We had mosquitoes in room and upon calling hotel to resolve the issue they said we can't do anything. They charge so much for the room but don't provide service of that level. The breakfast buffet was included in our stay but everyday the food was cold and had so limited option that it is better to not pay for it.

Good location but they must improve cleanliness

The hotel is marked 4 star but the rooms are not near to 3 star, there was no proper light and no landline to call reception etc.

Average hotel stay more like 3 star. Lobby is humid and suffocating - no aircon or fan. Made us wait for 30mins for breakfast post opening hours in lobby as breakfast wasn’t ready. Restaurant food is bit of hit and miss. For lunch was great - so we went back for dinner and it was bad. We were told different chef for dinner - bring consistency pls. Our rooms faced adjoining run down property wall so cudnt open curtains. Luckily we were there for only 1 night

Place and ambiance is very nice. I really like the hospitality of the staff. they are very welcoming and friendly. we have done the camp fire also and the room is also very nice.

Sharing my experience staying at the hotel for 2 nights: It was 4 of us staying for 2 nights, 2 of whom were foreign nationals. First of all, we had selected a room with king sized bed while booking, which we were informed that there were only rooms with twin beds available. The rooms were neat but quite old and very different from the pictures posted . Hotel itself is quite old and worn down, I could not locate the small pool from owner pictures at the premises at all. Bathroom and fittings were worn down and poorly maintained. Breakfast was included in the booking, but there was no buffet. We had to choose from 4 different options which they would prepare for us. I hope the review is posted and the hotel management make a constructive effort at improvement.

I booked the room for my friend and family. The hotel denied their checkin. We are waiting for the refund

Good property in very good location. Room service may be improved. Best place to stay, dine and enjoy with friends. Lacks car parking.

The service was not much better than expected and the rooms were not maintained well. The lights and taps are not working well but regarding the food it was better as compared with the service they provided

They stay good rooms were clean. I didn't particularly like the staff behaviour. The restaurant near the hotel was really good. I am giving a 3 because of the poor staff behaviour. They really don't care. The hotel is also located in a really nice place
