NINE HOTEL GOA

Service is good.if lift facility is available it may the stay is comfortable.Overall Ok .

The location of the hotel is convenient and easily gettable. It is worth the amount that we are paying rent amount in Goa which is nearest to Manohar airport(10-15 minutes journey)

Pros: ac available, iron available cons: no water heater, hygiene is average, in budget of 2000 rs this hotel is fine.

A good family hotel for staying nearby mop a airport and if your flight is early in the morning this hotel is a good stay.

The rooms are stinky, poor ventilation, no other amenities as per the rates and the connectivity to the city is a big issue

Very poor room and room service, bathroom water leaking, bathroom ceiling collapsed midnight, not a good atmosphere to stay…

Rooms are not shown as per pictures and very uncomfortable for couples

Hotel is newly constructed but need to be improve room service and staff are too less only one person is maintaining all and checkout should be 24 hours because located near airport so public comes regularly.

The room got some drilling which is not closed and the service wqs got good and food was amazing

Hotel is nice and clean, staff is cooperative and it is quiet as well. No disturbance. Imp. Very close to mop a airport. With very good connectivity. Also has a restaurant with good ambience

Initiallt they gave a room without shelf etc. After demanding changed room. No service at all. No breakfast available at hotel restaurant. No proper response to requests on hot water etc.

Experience was good. Staff was helpful kitchen 9 food was great. Tv was not working only thing to be made sure.

The water was not coming in the washroom i complained 2 times then it came and then there was a lot of ants in room and room service not at all great

The hotel is near mop a airport. The room is not well maintained. All the staff are good. I say overall it is average.

Stayed for a night we had our flight in the early morning. The hotel was clean and food was also fine. It is 10km away from airport. However, the vehicles are not available easily. The taxes near it charges are very high.

The hotel was good the reception was neat and clean the staff was helpful and the rooms were also neat and clean all the equipment was working in proper condition. It was near mop a goa airport and nearby pernem city. Also there is a restaurant on the ground floor where we can have dinner and drink at a reasonable amount. Its good.

Rooms are not clean & service not good as they provided water bottle when asked. As we booked deluxe room and service not as per deluxe benchmark.

Room not properly cleaned and restaurant timing is very odd. No breakfast or sank before 11. 00am. Dinner after 8. 00 pm. No room services. Not proper travel desk

Facility : poor hospitality : non. No one cared if i was their guest staff : very polite but could see only 2 water : no hot water available intercom : non - had to climb down to get even water and order food cleanliness : average no water for drinking was complimentary taxis were double the rate and i paid 700 rupees for 6 kms to the airport ( ironically the taxi was given by the staff at the hotel) so was exposed to the hotels monopoly there was no taxi service available
