Nice hotel to stay here & food also fast service happy to stay here with my friends all are happy to stay here

The place is centrally located. The restaurant food is basic. Rooms are averagely maintained. Very rigid on check in and check out timings though I paid full room charge for 5 hours they refused to give extension even for an hour while checking out the second day.

Stay was comfy, the restaurant was down due to some maintenance. So no food review here. Reception desk was good and helpful. I checked in during odd hours and they didn't charge extra. But I checked out early too.

The stay was good. Good atmosphere. I booked room with balcony but there no good view from the balcony. Recommend the balcony room only friends gang trip not for the family.

Showing in the picture as a 3 star or 4 star property, but it is a local lodge. Not even having a printed billing system. Bathroom is not neat, bed sheet and pillow covers are not clean. Full body was itching when lying on the bed. Somehow completed the night and came out. Waste of money. In the app it's mentioned garden view, beach view etc etc. Nothing was there. It's a marriage hall. Team mmt, please visit the place and then you recommend to customers. Not at all worthy for the amount paid. Rooms are very much crowded with good mosquitoes also.

Very bad hotel. Not in clean. Wash basin tape and health faucets are not worked. No complimentary breakfast

Neat and spacious room. I stayed there for one night in suite room. Ample parking area. The food in the restaurant is good.

I was in kannur for a wedding and opted for stay at mascot parade. It's a perfectly located hotel in kannur with good rooms and services. Food is good and also the staff is very friendly and cooperative. Would recommend this place if you are traveling in kannur.

Small room, no wardrobe, poor hygiene, poor staff support, even they are not providing a clean bed sheet. Unclean bathroom with no water supply at night, no intercom to contact.

Very old hotel, bathroom is also not that good at this price. Basic amenities are provided but not even provided a dust bin.

Decent hotel, clean and neat, excellent location. Room service was good. There are multiple restaurants close by too.

Staff was well behaved. Nice restaurant in ground floor. This is not a full fledged hotel. It's few rooms inside a commercial building. Room was ok. Linen seemed to be not washed. The toilet was not properly cleaned, could see cigarette butts in the window. The tap was having some leak. No newspaper was provided.

Ideal place for a short stay. Price is very competitive, room size was quite comfortable for a couple and very neat and clean. Front desk staff ( pratheesh) was very pleasant, polite and helpful. Difficult to find such a place for the price paid in any city in kerala
