Vista-Al-Rio Villa | Rooms & Caretaker

The rooms were really nice and had a really good experience over there

The property does not look like the way it was shown in the photos. The walls are black mouldy. All the curtains had watermarks and dirty. Rooms are filled with black mould marks. Not a kid friendly place. I am really upset with make my trips.

Pathetic Day, my entire trip was ruined because of the wrong facilities provided by the hotel. Room had snails running around. Property was very dirty. Parking was very congested information mention for the room facilities doesn't have the things. Don't visit this if you are with your family. Kitchen was a mess. Curtains was not washed from years. It has lot of stains bathroom was leaking.

“I stayed at Vista Al Rio Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room had a bad smell from the moment I walked in, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the jug was broken, which was frustrating, especially since I expected basic amenities to be available. However, I was later informed that amenities were not included and required extra charges, which was not made clear at the time of booking. Overall, the lack of transparency and poor room conditions made my stay disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their service and provide honest information about what’s included.”

The location is pretty good, Caretaker Mujeeb is a humble and polite person. The hotel requires more maintenance and the jacuzzi isn't working.

Stay was very comfortable. Rooms and bathroom were spacious. Caretaker mujeeb was very compassionate and helpful. They can have a ramp for wheelchair accessibility which will add value to their property. Also can place a board near the entrance lane as we may miss the place during night.

My family and i had an excellent experience at this resort. Vista al rio is located at an ideal distance from the city and also major tourist destinations. The rooms were spacious and clean in

Wonderful stay with river front. Locating the villa is little bit tricky. Less parking lot. Service is good.

The location is superb and the host mr anees and mujeeb is very helpful and polite a must visit please with family and friends you can have fun at night the resort is very very clean and the rooms very neat and clean they have got the kitchen facilities as well

I had a great experience at 'vista al rio. The care takers were very warm and helpful. I was new to the place and they guided and helped me with all details i needed.

The stay was terrible as there were 5 rooms and listed 5 deluxe rooms but when i reach there there were around twenty people. So i requested support from make my trip but what happened is that they were telling no refund that’s it. Moreover, i was there there with my family but there were a lots of people, who were drinking alcohol and i was told that they were regular customers. Apart from that i would like to tell that there should be only 10 gusts but i noticed that they were staying there me while listed in make my trip.

I don't have any pictures. But the stay was horrible at uduppi. We reached at around 11. 45 pm and the caretaker was available. We were 9 members including my kid. After 2 persons had their bath, water stopped. We called caretaker and he came, filled the tank and gone. Again at around 1 am water stopped. Power also went off multiple times during that time. Even though generator was available, it was also restarting multiple times. Then i had to call the contact person again and lodged complaint. After a long travel from guruvayoor to uduppi, our entire night sleep gone because of all these issues at the stay.

Good one, enjoyed with family

Place is quite calm, hygienic has a good lake view.
