LOZZY HOMESTAY

The place was safe as a solo woman traveller. However, the bathroom geyser was not working. No amenities are provided. And the only one provided was the towel which was not at all clean.

i booked a room with attached bathroom but since I arrived early and the previous guest hasn't left so they provide me with a room with shared bathroom and said I can get the one I booked on next day which was fine but even on the next day i didn't got the room which I booked.. The location is good near the main road but there won't be any place to have food and Swiggy takes one hour to deliver food at that location. only the main thing i will say good about this place is the guy who is in charge of the caretaker he shares a good behaviour

When I found your location and I call lozzy homestay and then reply roughly..I did not like this behaviour

Ya I lost my aadhaar card there the thing is the owner of that homestay don’t live there, in the name of keeper they keep one worker who is still a kid and a kind of toddler who don’t have any idea how to manage the homestay and how to give service and on top of that I have provided my aadhaar card after deciding to stay there as that toddler asked for it. But after staying there when it’s time to leave that place that toddler already exchanged my aadhaar card with someone mistakenly thats already a non-professional management by them and also till now I have asked them to delivered back my card by asking them properly but there is no update till now as they initially said we will provide ur card back.

Gates are closed at 10PM, After that no access to deliveries or food from outside are allowed inside

The homestay was cozy and comfortable

The homestay is good. This was my first experience of being in a homestay so take it with a grain of salt. The sitting area, terrace and the caretaker Mr. Danseng were all great. I ordered food mostly from outside or went to eat out. You will find only one eatery nearby, so that's a hassle if you aren't availing the kitchen facilities. Per day kitchen usage costs you ₹300. There's a bit of mosquito issue in the lobby area but provisions were taken to keep it minimal. The road to the homestay has a bit of flooding problem in case of heavy rains. Other than that everything was great, but still I pointed these out for people to make an informed choice.

Logy homestay a comfortable one, but the maintenance of the same is found poor.

The caretaker of Lozzy Homestay, demonstrated uncooperative, unprofessional, and discourteous behavior. Additionally, the owne, displayed ignorance and dishonesty. Despite having vacated our room, we made a courteous request to stay in the common area for a few hours, as our bus back home was scheduled for the evening and we had no other place to wait with our luggage. However, the owner repeatedly provided unreasonable excuses for why guests could not remain on the property after checkout. I also caution potential guests considering this homestay for its low prices. In response to this review, the owner may offer unsatisfactory justifications in defense.!

I had an amazing stay at [lozzy's homestay! the room was clean and comfortable, [apur da], very communicative and helpful. I appreciated the extra amenities, what i enjoyed most: the warm hospitality.

The room was a little stuffy else it was ok. The helper was very polite. It was a comfortable stay.

The atmosphere is similar to home, and the food is both hygienic and authentic. It's located close to Guwahati Railway Station, and it's ideal for travelers.
