Too costly... Rooms cleanliness is not as per the cost... Staff behaviour is also not good... better options available near to this resort

Very bad property with no service . Everything is broken. Sea is not visible from sea view rooms. Complementary breakfast is bad.

The hotel is located on the beach. The food is better than average. Couple’s room is horrible, rest of the rooms are good. Coming to the service and hospitality- terrible!! We booked a couples’ room by mistake and wanted to upgrade, however the owner asked for an exorbitant extra amount for the upgrade although the rooms were empty. The process was even higher than that being offered online. Secondly, our check out was scheduled on Monday which usually is less crowded because mostly all the guests leave by Sunday. The owner switched off all the lights near the beach and the campus, the hotel looked scary. They also cut the electricity connection in the rooms. Further, there were only 2 options in breakfast. We asked for bread jam for the 3 year old kid, and they charged for this separately even though breakfast was supposed to be complementary. The hotel was good, but the service has seriously deteriorated in last 6 months. Not at all customer friendly, would not recommend staying here.

Hotel is very near to the beach. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Also the surroundings is very calm and quiet.

Well managed property by the owners themselves. Great place for family. You are near and far from the beach at the same time, giving you the access and security at the same time

Laguna beach resort is one of the best property located exactly on murud beach. The owner of the resort are very good, humble & very friendly. They have in-house bar & restaurant. Staff is very co-operative. Rooms are good & you get sea view from your room. I had best fish fry & other dishes. Cook mr. Nayyar is very good. He served best food. There is no mobile network only bsnl mobile network & wifi works. Hotel provides you best wifi network. I think this is the best place where you can spend your time in nature, sea & food. This is a very calm & peaceful place. So i definitely recommend this place for nature, sea & food lovers. Best place where you will like to come again & again.

This resort is sea facing, close to murud beach. This beach has several activities and water sports for everyone. Resort has its own restaurant offering good food along with alcohol. Rooms and bathrooms are neat and clean. Resort has ample open space. Overall our stay was fantastic. Will surely recommend this resort.

Resort area was calm and peaceful to live!food was also good, swa view was awesome!

The owners who manage the facility are cordial. The garden on the rear side is just adjacent to the sea and it was a wonderful time watching the sea sitting there in the night.

Nice place to stay with access to beach. Food is costlier. Play area for kids. Overall good experience.

Home away from home. Very good property with good good and very nice people. It is just stone throw away from the beach, highly recommended for beach lovers. The owner mr joshi and ad-wait pay personal attention to all the guests and are very helpful. Must visit property

Hotel rooms are spacious clean and well maintained. It’s pleasant to stay here. Hotel owners mr. Joshi and his son both are humble and professional. Outskirt near beach side and restaurant also near and clean. Worth spending money for stay.

The location is awful, surrounded by coconut trees, and beaches, rooms are quite big in size, cleanliness is ok to good. Attached bar and restaurant is also good, serves good sea food. Good play area for kids. Perfect family destination

Property is located at beach, view is very nice, had calm and soothing experience. Owners and staff are very accommodative. Helped in lot many ways. Highly recommend for stay.

What was good: laguna resort enjoys a nice property built at an awesome location. Very nice ambience liked private seating area overlooking beach rooms are specious and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Ample parking space available things to improve: ac went down due to power cut, and fan switch was not working. Need to repair. Staff forgot to provide water in the room. We were left with no water in the room when we realized it late night. Expectations from morning breakfast were not met. Expectations were high due to "higher than normal" room rent.
