Very good place to stay. The place in beautiful and spacious, Rooms excellent, spacious, clean and beautiful Furnishings and furniture all neat and in good taste and quality. Beautiful and clean bathroom with average amenities Lifts and lobbies are well built and maintained Staff behaviour very friendly and helpful. Access road may be tricky but negotiable. Overall a place worth it if one wants to relax in a hygienic and calm room with welcoming and comfortable environment

we liked this new property. staff was very helpful and courteous. room size and amenities were up to mark and washrooms were very clean and well managed. they also have no objection when we ordered from zomato on the 1st day but their tied up restaurant dhaba junction food wqs also excellent and budget friendly. would certainly come again in my next all the visits. hassle-free stay

We booked the room after checking everything that is listed under property services and amenities, for a birthday celebration. The room was clean and nice. Until we talked to them about having few visitors with us in the evening, who were supposed to leave the room by 10 PM. But they were charging 1000 per visitor for 3 hours. Saying that they cannot help us further in this. We asked them and requested but weren’t taken into any consideration. We felt very helpless . Don’t go there if you are planning a celebration or party.

The variety offered was impressive, with a mix of local and international cuisines. Each meal was freshly prepared, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast spread, in particular, was rich and satisfying, setting the perfect tone for the day. The amenities provided were top-notch and thoughtfully maintained. From the well-kept rooms to recreational facilities such as big sitting area and, everything reflected comfort and attention to detail. Kitty house is a good value hotel , spacious and clean room , polite and helpful staff , quite location , they do not have a kitchen but they arrange from there tied up restaurants

All amenities very good. The only problem is the quality of water supply, which has high iron content, and unsuitable for bathing. The box windows are especially nice. And the executive room size is very appreciable, with more than enough closet space, and good furnishing. Room service was prompt as well. Food has to be ordered from outside but that is not much of an issue

It was a nice stay at kitty house for 3 days..the rooms were quite spacious and clean..the atmosphere is serene.. the house keeping facility and the reception facility were all up to the mark..you can go there without any tension for a peaceful and perfect stay in Kolkata.
