We had a very pleasant Stay. View from the room was excellent. Teams manning the front office and restaurant very energetic and enthusiastic. Personalised service by the Chef is appreciated. Decor and ambience is good. Cheerful. Due to rains, the approach road was not very comfortable. Overall we had a lovely Stay. Thanks.

Location is very nice and beautiful. Service is decent. Food is below average. If you are staying in a premium room, there is no escalator/lift so difficult for elders.

Good stay for short weekend with amazing views

We stayed with family in the new rooms which are build around the pool with the amazing view of mountains. The rooms are spacious and managed, services is amazing specially GM Mr. Sanjeev is very helpful and kind person and ensured we have no problems. We tried the trout grill which was amazing. The chef here is good. They can improve the kids play area with including games and better positioning on 4th Floor maybe as current location for kids play area is not right and also deploy someone to supervise the kids. Overall good stay. Before booking call directly to property and ask for good rates.

Best stay at dharamshala little off beat property. but amazing view and lovely staff. rooms as as good as new with amazing food.

Very wonderful location. They upgraded our room without any extra cost. Very nice gesture by hotel staff . View was awesome. Very big balcony. Birds sounds in the morning ❤️

Amasing views expected from Justa Hotels. Food and staff is excellent. Club room decor fails many other premium resorts. Only car cleaning facilities are not offered.
