HOTEL VICTORIA

See I saw online and booked . The place is very hectic and terrible for stay. Beds are not good aircondition not working

this my first and last experience of make mytrip yesterday I stay in Victoria Thalassery .too bad experience in my life, every human have take the room by route of make my trip is an actually trust based yesterday really trust broken to make my trip because of Victoria hotel facilities will provide at least no water no electricity much over than no clean at all smell become too bad and also bedsheet also muddy based .so I kindly request to make my trip pls return back of my money pls. really this word to come at my down from my heart so will pls understand my feel

Rooms are not clean.bathroom not hygiene.breakfast quality and quantity is lower grade.room service is not responding.And finally there is not a permanent reception staff also.The stay is very horrible.

For this rate they are telling like more fecility, but tv is broken. Not working. Furnitures are broken not clean, night No water in washroom, it's just avarage only

Location of the hotel is excellent and food is okay cleanness of room is okay sea side view is great overall nice stay👍

Positives first - the people working at the hotel are super awesome. Food at the restaurant is tasty as well. All the rooms have a view to the Arabian Sea. Plenty of negatives. The hotel is not maintained - things just don't work. There is no hot water facility at the hotel, the staff used to heat it in the kitchen and give it to me every day. The cleaning of rooms is done by demand and is not done daily. I had to stay with them while they did the cleaning which wasted plenty of my time. There is no JIO service in the area and the Wifi is terrible - it used to disconnect every few minutes.

Had a terrible experience at hotel stay. Rooms are not clean. Cocktoaches are there

They charged 500. Rupees for early entry, we checked in 10:30. Because they said booking wiil be charged for realy check in. very old property

Hotel rooms have a beautiful view of the sea with a sea facing balcony which is the major positive. Double rooms are spacious enough for 2 adults and a kid. However, rooms are not well maintained and many of the air conditioners are not working properly and are taking a lot of time to cool. Rooms with air conditioners have not been provided with a ceiling fan except a small table fan in a few rooms. This makes the stay miserable for the guests who are allotted rooms with malfunctioning acs. Hence, urgent action is required on the maintenance front. There is no lift available. A family lawn restaurant offering a scenic view of the sea is under construction and would be worth visiting once completed.

No safety for vehicles parked, no toileteries provided, and even had to buy bath soap from their own shop!!! This kind of hotel and service is not at all suitable for people on long journeys. Please review properties yourself before promoting on your site. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. They are filling some liquid in used bottles and giving it as complimentary!!!!

I will not be staying in this hotel. This is a very old dungy hotel. Very poor. The service was ok. Not a clean hotel. Will not recommend people to stay

Very friendly staff. Couple friendly. Clean room. We can hear the sea which adds a romantic mood. The location is also perfect. Highly recommended. Eagerly waiting to visit next time

I took a sea view room, the view is astonishing, but from the room balcony the sun set view was blinded by few tress. The restroom was good. There was restaurant attached to the hotel which had decent food.
