The hotel was good well maintained. Staff is extremely courteous but only problem was since we were travel-ling with kids sufficient beddings like blankets were not available. And the weather was quite cold.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the agra ring road. The pace and staff are well mannered and the building and rooms are large and spacious. However some effort needs to go into maintenance. The bathroom had some standing water because the slope was off. The water stopped in the morning and the sheets and shower curtain had stains here and there. Could be a great place but needs more care from staff and proper maintenance.

The hotel is located on road and very easy to reach. Condition of the room is pretty good but could be improved further. Garden infront of the hotel is very satisfying and gives positive vibes. Staff is responsive but quality and variety of food is not good. Disappointed with variety and quality of food. Nonveg items are mentioned in the menu card, however, not available to serve. Catering services requires improvement and management. Overall a average stay

Overall experience of the stay was alright. The towels were not available when we arrived. We were only given towels in the morning, that too were smelly. The rooms were not very clean. Food was pretty good at reasonable price.
