Hotel Shiv Sagar

photos me jo hotel show kra hai wo alag hai and room dusre kisi branch me de rahe hai. jiske rooms bhi bahut kharab, stinky rooms hai. Very disappointing , if you have other hotel then list it as other hotel. don't make fool of people who are booking rooms by seeing photos added on the MMT.

Location is ok.but maintenance and bathroom cleaning was very poor.Not recommended

The room was not clean. there were cockroaches in bed. The bathroom door was not properly locked. There was a continuous smell in the room.

I stayed at Hotel Shiv Sagar mainly because of its good location near the temple, which is definitely convenient. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The room was not very clean, the AC and TV did not function properly, and there were insects in the washroom. With better maintenance and cleanliness, this property could be a much better option for visitors.

Hotel is horrible. I had stayed there just for 1 night, so did not need much of their services, just expected a peaceful and clean place. However it turned out to be the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. There were insects in the washroom. The bed cloths were soiled and stinking. The window was broken and you could not close it. There was a drain outside and the stench of it was in the whole room like perfume. And all this according to the manager was their best room.

The room and bathroom was very tidy and unhygienic. Also there bad smell across hotel. Also there was moisture smells. Bed were unclean and top of that hotel manager was very rude.

The property location is good by considering the temple visit. Rooms are fully infested with cockroaches and knowingly they are allowing the same. Linen, mattress, bath towel seems to be very old might be from the beginning, blackened and smelling. Floor is very dirty. Tap leakages in bathroom. Only rooms and small cake soap are provided for such high value paid. Not a single amenity provided. This hotel is like lodge and not in 2* or 3* property. Pls refrain from adding such hotels on MMT portal. MMT should conduct audit of such properties before adding in the portal for booking.

The stay was good and the service was good as well. I have been staying at this hotel regularly every month whenever I visit Ujjain

Hotel Shiv sagar is in proximity of Mahakaleshwar temple. Location wise good. They are providing only rooms. That also so much dirty, highly infested with cockroaches and mosques. Furniture is completely old and having fungus, Bed matress seems placed at beginning, entire linen including bath towel blackened and smelling. Bathroom with water leakages and fungus on side walls. Except small local cake soap nothing is been provided in room. Completely worst experience. I shifted in another room forcefully. But that room was having similar issues. Restaurant nothing is there for what I have paid. MMT should apoint one professional auditor to onboard the hotel properties with some basic criteria at least. I shall strongly recommend to conduct surprise audit of such properti s and then only add on to MMT portal.

pathetic and waste of money. unclean. used smelly bedsheets and pillows. toilet seemed like unwashed for years. troubled for checkout at 8 am though it was at 10 am.

Location is good. Food not tasted. Staff is good. However Shiv Sagar NX is really better than Shiv Sagar

Terrible place, must avoid. Dirty bedsheets, mosquitoes in the room, terrible pillows. Would not recommend to anyone

Room not up to the mark. No hot water in bathroom. Also towel quality very bad. Price high as per hotel quality.

Very worst experience. Rooms doors and locks are not proper working, bedsheet, towels and mattress are dirty and rooms are too small and have very bad smells.

Ok hotel for emergency location is fine and near to temple nothing else to say much nothing special

It is 500m away from mahakal jyotirling. We have booked two of the same types of rooms but got one small room compared to another. A bathroom kit was not provided. Room is not properly cleaned as somewhere insects (baby cockroach) playing over sofa what we have observed. Not satisfied as per price.

Not a comfortable stay. Booked room for 2 adults and 2 children's and the room offered was very small with untidy bedsheets and blankets along with torn mattresses. The hotel charged us around rs 2800 per night and not even mineral water was offered, it was chargeable. The mineral water which we get was also smelling very badly. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel if you are visiting ujjain.
