HOTEL ROYAL PALACE

location is the only advantage. otherwise lot of early morning and late night noise. room was small and old. need renovation. same with bathroom. Staff was friendly but not efficient. overall experience was not great.

the rooms and cupboards are not very clean and not very well maintained, TV was not working properly. Telephone has not working.

The location is excellent, right opposite to IIT Century Gate on civil lines. The room was very big and okayish clean. The only thing unfavorable was the washroom was very dirty. They did clean it immediately on asking, however some parts were still unclean. Also no tea/coffee kettle/shampoo etc and only 1 water bottle included with entire stay. The door lock was not functioning properly.in a town like Roorkee I had expected more. Overall average experience. Room service was fast and polite.

Okay stay for one night, room was okay. There is parking available in premises.

Location is good, it is just opposite the IIT Roorkee centinery gate in civil lines. Food is good, better if you order it in room service becoz resturant and baar is combined which is not suitable if you are with family.... Staff is good... But you need to carry your own towels and toiletries hotel people don't provide it as they have problems with laundry person.... You need to ask for water bottles everyday..... Overall just satisfactory.

Pathetic Behaviour of Hotel staff. BOOKED stay for 3 adults. However, Hotel staff demanded additional Rs 300 for additional Mattress. Further, for 3 guests, Complimenatry breakfast was ONLY 2 parantha with curd , just 2 Parantha for 3 guests, despite charging for 3 guests. Toilets were also not clean, in name of toiletries only soap amd towel provided. One of the worst hotel to stay in Roorkee. Atleast avoid booking , because the Hotel staff will deny even basic hospitality .This hotel should not even figure in MMT

Property was not upto the mark For this property I have already lodge a complain on MMT on 14th of June but didn't get any reply from them This was worst experience for me I had checkup one before

room was not cllean, blanket was without sheet , room floor was full of ashes , also room was smelly and had mosquito. Most important we booked too including breakfast still they charged money for it .

Worst worst rooms. Not cleaned. Rooms was also different from the photograph. Third quality breakfast. I want 50℅ of the money back.

The hotel breakfast was good, terrace area was amazing, but the room provided was kind of shabby looking and no view outside the window/balcony

Unclean towels, swollen walls with paint coming off, electrical points not working, changed room twice from 111 to 112 to 119

Wifi was disgusting as it was not even working @1 mbps and they didn't have tea or coffe availability after 10 pm. No toothpaste and shampoos in washroom.

Location was prominent and parking space was good. Staff was polite but not much professional. Actual room was not as good as shown in images, bedsheet had some stains, overall room and bathroom cleanliness was okay. Didn't order food so can't rate that. Overall i would rate an average based on my experience

It was quite easy to locate the hotel. The staff were supportive and well mannered, the room and washroom was clean. Overall it was a great experience staying there.

Room service was average. The kitchen facilities were good.

Hotel service is good but room maintenance and room conditions are very poor and below average. The pillow and blankets have dirty spots over them. Cleaning and maintenance were also not good.

Services and staff was good, rooms were also clean but they gave me dirty blanket. And also i had little problem in finding the hotels location. Thanks
