I got this hotel suggestion by one of my friend, which is really an awesome experience throughout the stay. Owner is very good person who suggested us all the places in pondicherry. He is very humble and polite towards his customers. So, definitely i would prefer this hotel which is a perfect stay in pondicherry for tourists.

1. The stay wasn't pleasant. 2. The room was very small with no ventilation. 3. The hotel do not have elevator facilty. 4. The hotel does not have car parking facility. 5. Customers going by car need to madatorily check on this. 6. The approach road from main road till hotel is very narrow and congested. 7. No house cleaning facility available for hotel. The room was not cleaned even for one day during the 3 days stay. 8. Lastly the hotel is very expensive given the missing amenities and space. 9. The person managing the hotel premises was friendly and cooperative, but, the other side of the stay was unpleasant.

I am very happy with the hotel staff and the hotel. I am extremely unhappy with how mm t algorithms work to increase the prices 3 times. You guys created so much of scarcity of rooms and put us in panic and charged us 3 times the actual price
when i investigated in pondicherry in different hotels. The mm t was much higher than the actual price af 2 times and at few place three times. There were hotel rooms available as well that too easily. So my learning is never book hotels using make my trip. You guys ripped us this time and i won't give you another chance and neither let this happen to any of friends or family. Thanks for this lesson. Cheers
