This is good hotel in jodhpur ,you can feel like king's mahel ,staff behaviour is very supporting.

Very poor service no available gisear hot water no hygiene in hotel

Hotel looking like palace from outside but they are not providing any type of service to the customer and after they are not providing any food or service and for room no. 14 there is no TV , washroom is not working properly.

food quality is very poor and staf no service provide on time blanket are not clean not provided water for bath

i found the place in a good location but the room service was very poor. no water at night, room service not available at night and they kept the handset of the land phone outside the phone.

cleanliness is very poor,stairs are so high and foods are not available properly,only thali is available and this is not upto mark,no wifi in our floor,TV is not working

Location of the hotel is good and room was value for money.

Rooms inside not good, the type of bed and washrooms were not cleaned. Breakfast served was not in good oil. Seems the room selected during booking was not issued to me.

Unhigenic room condition, no privacy in bathroom. Late breakfast time. Hot water only in morning. Pathetic experience.

The outside of the hotel looks royal. The staff were helpful. The hotel doesn’t have hot water in the bathroom 24/7 as it has boiler which works till noon and there’s no jet spray in the toilet. The surrounding is calm but there’s lot of noisy from one part of the hotel, may be it’s from the owners house. They have a good in house restaurant but just outside you won’t find any other eatery.
