Dear sir i reached hotel surprised to know that booking is not done i told hotel staff that payment is also confirmed by my daughter the staff told me that app is not at all there because all the four of us are senior citizens having travel-led 10 hrs we requested them help to give 2 rooms. Then after much debate the hotel staff charged rs 5200 in advance to allot 2 rooms for 2 days. The service was very poor sorry to say that we had very bad experience. This i am writing to makemytrip not to commit the same for upcoming customers idon’t know about my daugter’s money which she has sent the bath rooms were not clean

familyBreakfast was not served to us after multiple request they have just served very poor quality food. If you don't to serve the breakfast kindly don't book rooms with breakfast. Oyo rooms must keep regular check on hotels what you are serving.

The most terrible and horrifying hotel stay experience ever!

I had high hopes with this Oyo and I was looking forward to stay here. But it turned out to be the most horrible hotel stay experience for me and my friend. At first, the hotel staff gave us a lot of trouble at the time of checking in. They wanted me to provide another booking id for my friend who was checking in with me. This booking id wasn't available in my MMT app. I had to stand at the hotel counter for a long time to sort this matter out. Once we reached the room, we were sickened to see that there were many small cockroaches in the room as well as the washroom. The pillows smelled a lot. The glasses kept in the room were unwashed and filthy. There was no drinking water. We had to buy it. It caused us great inconvenience when there was no hot water in the evening to take a shower. When we asked the hotel staff about it they said that no hot water can be made available as their heater isn't working and solar heater will work only in the morning. Also, they have a poor in-house restaurant and they don't allow you to order food from outside (Swiggy/Zomato). There were no choices for the complementary breakfast. We had to eat oil drenched puris for breakfast as we had no other choice. They don't even have bread for breakfast. All in all, this was the worst Oyo experience I have ever had in my life. Due to this, I am never going to stay at an Oyo again. Please don't book this hotel. It's not worth the money they are charging and definitely not worth staying at.
