The hotel staff first were not ready to give rooms. They demanded extra money. After we told that we will lodge police complaint against hotel. They gave only 3 rooms against our booking of 4 rooms.

Very very bad experience with hotel

We have problems at the time of check in, first they told us room was not ready. After some time they come up with room not available. We have to wait in waiting room with luggage and family. After orgument with reception person they ready to give room after some time. We got the room but ac was not working, there is no hand wash and they have not given us drinking water, breakfast also not available. Very very disgusting.

It's was a great experience as the staff was available at 1 phone call and proper service given by the hotel. If i plan another trip i would prefer grand pune only.

Staff was cordial. Room was also clean but linen like bed sheet and pillow cover not cleaned. We could not get sleep peacefully at night may be due to bed problem even though we changed direction of pillow also. Our room was next to reception and there was noise of attendants outside whole night.

Terrible experience

The hotel denied check-in as they said that MMT did not pay the full amount to them. I called in MMT they made me wait at the reception for 2 hours after which I paid extra money for check-in because MMT did not do anything and hotel boy was not allowing check-in without the unpaid amount. So it was a loss to me as I had paid the amount shown on MMT at the time of booking only.

Good stay experience

Liked the location of the hotel, 2 mins from Swargate bus stand by vehicle. Stay was good, all rooms are ac rooms, check for the sizes of rooms. Staffs were polite. No scope of ventilation in the room, so one star down. Still would rate a good place to stay.

Very poor service

Hotel management did not provide the towels to us, even we ask for. Very poor management. Room size is too small. And hot water supply is not getting properly. Over all experience is very bad.
