Room only with basic facilities

No food or restaurant in this hotel. You need to manage it yourself. Staff support is limited - no intercom to call reception. Hot water can be limited in morning. Water may get finished in water tank (need to request reception to start motor) and so may need to be careful. Lift has manual doors.

Checked in and immediately found a big insect crawling On the bed. Caretaker informed me this is normal in the Hotel and insects come in through the crack in the window. Unbelievable! Food is overpriced and dirty. Not to mention even a coffee takes thirty minutes to be made. The plates are also dirty. Since I stopped ordering food, when I ordered coffee, the caretaker is trying to peep inside the room to See if I had brought outside food. Unprofessional!

Excellent stay, very good location, very good behavior

This is an excellent hotel in the prime location. Behavior of all staff is very good. Room, bathroom and service was very good.
