Hotel Merwara Estate

Cleaning is very poor I have faced cleaning issues. I don't like this property. Food was ok, maintenance is poor.

No one was there to assist , room were terrible dirty mattress were having stain, chair was so dirty you can't sit on that, blankets bedsheet all were having stain Kettle was not working, table chairs were having dust on it , less option in breakfast buffet i would never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

Overall a good stay with a great view to the whole Ajmer city.The property shares the best view of Ana sagar lake where you can relax and enjoy the sunset. The negative point was no welcome drink was served and there was no wifi service. Hotel Staff were welcoming and provided a great service.

Hotel location is good but require maintenance of building, lack of cleanliness, food was costly,more food variety can be added with non veg preference

Hotel looks good from outside. Lacks in basic ementies and is old property with no facilities. Look wise it’s good and big

It was a terrible stay. This is the worst property I have ever stayed in. Rooms are so dirty like it is not cleaned since so long. AC condition is really pathetic, they doesn’t works at all as if it is placed as a show piece. We checked in around 2:30 PM, since then we been complaining about the AC not working, the problem was not resolved during our entire stay. I would really not recommend anybody to stay at this property

The hotel's rooms are big and the interior is very good. The entire Ajmer city looks beautiful from the location. If breakfast is served as a buffet, it will be even better.

Not sufficient services as describe in derals not having proper staff facility. Like aç is not working,not having soap and shampoo in bath room .late resolution. After the request provided room very far form the reception.pool is very dirty and many more things breakfast is good

Location is excellent. 3 stars for hygiene and the washroom. We didn't have breakfast or lunch there as we had plans. Staff is cordial, but can scope for better services. The property is 150 years old, so its a vintage stay, the location is pretty good, view of lake is good, food is also very tasty, rooms are clean and well maintained, but the rooms they gave us had very bad view from window, trash was there, rotten food.

Pros: very spacious, property on little height, polite staff, a good restaurant , great view of anasagar lake Cons: Coriander is used very much in dishes by chef, it should be used a little bit less
