It was a pleasant property with beautiful views where you can get a mesmerising exposure of nature , services are also very good

no cleanliness, the rooms were smelling bad, bathroom handle was broken and many things, the property is too old and not up to the mark don't go for the rating, highly inflated

Hotel location is good and full of greenary. The staff were also of good nature, over stay is recommended.

Terrible service. Dirty rooms. Dirty sheets. No basic amenities like dental kits, water bottles, clean towels etc.

I stayed at this hotel with my family (from 4th June to 7th June). Overall, the experience has been just okay — nothing particularly memorable. The breakfast was very basic, with only 2–3 items served, and nothing special to mention. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement. The hotel lacks any real vibe or atmosphere. Areas like the stairs and the garden are not well-maintained. On a positive note, the staff and the location are decent. However, I strongly recommend the hotel management to focus on improving the cleanliness and overall ambiance of the property.

Nice stay Location was extremely best , view from hotel is beautiful. Naini lake is just opposite from road. Nice and very remembering stay there

Not worth it. Hotel is run by unprofessionals and with inadequate staff. The rooms promised were in very bad condition and with bad view. Though the website indicated otherwise. Would have been better to avoid this one.

Property was not maintained. Food was average. Room amenities was poor. No one receive us, when we arrived and room amenities not value for money

This hotel has hygiene issues. When I arrived with my family the first thin I noticed that beds were not clean. Out of 2, 1 fan was not working. Balcony light was not functional. Bed was not clean and had smugges all over bedsheet. Locks were broken or poorly repaired. Hospitality was not good. Moreover, this hotel is not work .Best price of this property shall be 1100 INR only at max. MMT shall avoid listing such properties which claim false promises. Worst thing that the phone numbers on the hotels customer interaction message is not updated and is of old owner who has left. I booked a cab from that number and that person also did not tell me that he has nothing to do with this property anymore. Anyone booking this hotel please do not call as this is the number of previous owner . He got me a cab service booked who took money and spoilt my entire vacation and current manager did not know about this only come to know when I raised concern. They are not tech savvy. I doubt they are not even capable of hosting guests..

Room was not same as depicted in the picture. Bedsheet was also not clean. Overall an average experience we had in this Hotel. But Staffs were good and helpful

I stayed in the premium room of this hotel. As we all know there is always a difference in the picture shown and actual condition. So the points that I have noticed related to the condition of property is the dining area is same as shown. The play area is very well maintained, location and parking has not issue at all, but the thing which doesn't look similar is the room as it has a lot of dampness issues in all the 4 rooms booked by me and little bit issue was with the dirty balcony. however I will still give 3.5/5 to this hotel considering the positive factors.

The room was well furnished and clean. The bathroom was fitted with all accessories. The lawn area and play area has a carrom board, table tennis and snooker board. The food was tasty. The only requirement is you have to have your own car/ taxi with you since Bhimtal is 3 km forward direction and Satal is 12 km backward direction from the property. The staff were cordial and softspoken

The staff of the hotel was polite and available to understand the customer requirements. The location was peaceful, playful, and easy to find. Overall, it would be a good choice to stay.
