The property is located in the main market yet has enough parking space. The rooms were very clean and tidy and spacious too.Further the hotel staff was very cooperative regarding the booking of vehicle for conveyance. It was a pleasant stay at Hotel Kachnar

It was a great experience to stay there staff was very humble we booked deluxe room but they provided us super deluxe room. Food was also good. It was a pleasant stay

Staffs are very cooperative. Rooms are very clean & also nearby market. Even reached at hotel 11pm they arranged everything without harassment.

Room was excellent with a balcony. But our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator and service was also bad. Amenities which are listed were not provided like iron etc. And there was a bathtub in my room which was out of service. And also our intercom was not working so we directly called mr. Anand for requests and he gladly helped within five minutes so on an on even after few mishaps it was a decent stay

There wasn't any water available to use when i reached. Tv isn't working. Even free channels were not available. Staff behaviour is good. They helped us with our sightseeing.

Poor quality hotel and make my trip book in higher side for this hotel, hotel like a lodge, don't stay if your journey is good

Loved our stay. Literally felt like home. The staff was co operative and the owner of the hotel is the best. Very soft spoken person and very understanding.

A well managed hotel, located in the main bazaar. Hospitality of the staff is worth appreciation. I had a comfortable stay, although the room was a little deficient on the space front, due cleanliness standards were maintained. It is good to note that the hotel also coordinates for site seeing camping trips etc. Most liked part was the quality of breakfast, tasteful and healthy.

The rooms were neat and cleaned. Staff is polite and helpful but wifi was not working and ither facilities were not there.

The property is located at pachmari. The hotel cleanliness is not upto the mark. The service at the hotel reception is also not upto the mark.

I got call from mr anand, kachnar property owner the morning of our check-in date. We got upgraded to a resort cottage belong to same group and we stayed at mustaches panarpani resorts. The service was amazing food was really good and most of the request were accommodated. We only stayed one night and will come back again. I will recommend this hotel plus the resort moustache panarpani.

Hotel ambience was very good, they maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Food quality was excellent and very delicious. Staff was very cooperative and hotel kachanr owner mr. Anand was very cooperative

shown seems to be very fantastic hotel, with all the facilities but, as I have entered the room, I could not see it worthy and I have asked the hotel staff what is all this and what is the tariff of room, he said per night with three person so I could not check in with the booking, hotel staff also told me that the owner of the property is changed and since one year no booking is accepted in our hotel, and the management there asked me to cancel the booking and stay here with the revised tariff.
