Too dirty room and toilet so dirty I went in and we met there to smell of smoke and paan picks so ugly and I check out within hour totally money waste.

Bed sheet are untidy, glasses are not clean, basic service and amenities are not provided by the Hotel like towels, and third bed was a kid's bed not for an average height adult.

Facilities are very less as claimed in MakeMyTrip site like Laundry facilities are not there, they give either AC or geyser that too after many request. They denied switching on AC. Telephone not there, kitchen not there. Overall poor.

They don't have canteen every order provide from street Side.
Carpet and flooring s is very dirty, room is stings toilet is dirty room is very congested no WiFi towel shop etc. I request everyone not go for this hotel.

I booked this hotel after ignoring the reviews as its the cheapest available in Jammu. But I must say it's also cheapest in quality also. Rooms are stinky, holes in carpets, bedsheets and blankets. Tv is not working, WiFi is slower than 2G, for geyser you have to ask at reception to turn on as the switch of geyser is at reception. Given us 4th floor as we already booked despite the lowers are vacant. Complimentary water bottle is charged at check out. Suggest to pay some extra and book a hotel at least where you at least sleep well. Everywhere there is smell of cigarettes and alcohol. That's the worst hotel in my life where I stayed. Staff and owner are rude.
