HOTEL HILLBERRY

Room was so luxurious and clean. The view also was so good. The staff was cooperative and the check in check out was also smooth. But I wanted early check in but they did not accept my request even though the room was available.

Had a really good stay here, it had a central AC so the room was cooled evenly, the bathroom was clean, shaving kits and dental kits were provided along with 4 towels, room was spacious and clean The only deterrent was the expensive pricing of food,

I got the best deal on this hotel through Make My Trip. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. Location of the hotel is next to highway. It has both highway and mountain view. It is a 3 floor hotel. Rooms and overall hotel is clean comfortable with fine interiors. The staff of this hotel was polite and helpful, Ms. Disha Patil (over reception) she is most professional cooperative and polite of all. Hotel has veg only restaurant. Rooms menu card has slightly high price compared to actual restaurant menu. Food was delicious but slightly pricey. Although you have a option of ordering from outside restaurants. There were a few small issues — the hot water didn’t work properly sometimes, and the lights used to flicker a bit, but they had generator backup so it wasn’t a big problem. The TV also lost signal once in a while. I also didn’t get any laundry service during my stay.

Room was good and clean. Hotel staff has good behaviour. Location is good. Overall the experience is very good.

The stay was great the ambience was amazing amenities were up to the mark worth the stay I expected some relaxation for check out timing which i did not get

The hotel was good and the service was good. The staff was helpful, but smoking was not allowed in the rooms, so I had an issue with the staff.

i had booked a AC executive room, rooms were clean and spacious. things I don't like was electricity was tripping continuously which was disturbing a lot at night. bathroom water was stucking, it was not going properly. Also hairdryer, shower cap, comb were not available which was mentioned in amenities while booking

Place is nice. Close to railway station but they do not provide any regular water for the room. Water is chargeable after that 1l complementary water.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect, close to main attractions and easy to access. The food was delicious with a good variety, and the service was quick. The ambiance was calm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. Overall, an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again. The one this was not good that they have mentioned about free laundry service but at time of stay they simply denied that we don't have such policy.

Clean rooms ,fridge was not working,no other amnesties except rooms ,no game area ,no gym ,no swimming pool ,staff needs more training in hospitality

we stayed in the hotel during monsoon. Hotel hygiene is very poor , floors rugs are all dirty, staff is extremely rude and not trained. Specially the girl at the reception doesn't know how to talk to clients. We ordered tea in the morning which we didn't get, after an hour we went for the breakfast and told her about it, she said that there is no order from your room. they don't have a buffet breakfast and have only idli , vada, dosa and poha . that too idli and sambhar had bad taste... it was few days old I think. lunch was ok ok. Service is very very slow and poor. if you order food in the restaurant you have to wait for at least 50-55 mins as restaurant is open to all , so lot of people stopby to have lunch/dinner.

Hotel and room are good . They do not have breakfast buffet and it’s been not informed before. Staff need lot of improvement they are not polite. I hope they justify the price with service . Once again rooms are very good.
