It's a big bluff as 3 star hotel

I have traveled other cities and stayed in different hotel but this was worst experience I ever had. Better I would have stayed in any Oyo room. It's a big joke as 3 star hotel. When I booked the hotel it was showing lot of facilities but I hardly found any in this hotel. There was no food facilities of there own and they have will bring food from outside if you order. The rooms are also not that standard of 3 star. It was pretty normal. The bathroom door have looking issue. They don't have any parking of their own and need to keep the car on the road. It was mentioned in MMT portal that they have spa facilities but when I asked they denied. I am not going to refer anyone for this hotel in future.

This hotel is overall very good for stay not only for business tour but also when needed for family tour. The hotel staff were all courteous and hospitality standard was up to expectation. I would prefer to stay again when on tour to Mathura. Thanks.

Near to Railway Station. Clean room. Service good. Cable TV not working. No restaurant. No lift so senior citizen will have problem. No restaurant so less choice of food. Good location so it is near by to all places.

Room is totally disgusting.. In the room there is no doormat when one comes out from the bathroom the room became wet and staff is not cooperative. When I called the housekeeping than housekeeping came next day in night. Location is good but staff member are bad.
