Hotel Golden Palm

Hotel was quite decent with clean and spacious rooms, the only problem I had was, there were no towels and even upon requesting they were not able to provide one, the food was expensive but very ordinary, I ordered kadhai paneer and butter roti, very ordinary meal. Hotel was nice but the services could be a lot better

Room was connected to the reception. There was continuous noise and disturbance. I called reception at 1.15 am since noise was coming from kitchen which was situated above my room. Need to improve overall facilities. Food cost was too higher. Room was very noisy, the bathroom need renovation. Food menu was very high comparatively.

The stay was absolutely value for money, staff are very supportive and courteous. The rating that I have given if for stay only. We didn’t taste food so can’t say anything about food quality

Stay was quite comfortable, staff of the hotel are really courteous and helpful. Staying here of course value for money

Everything was good, room was nice and clean and staff behaviour was also good, hotel was at nice place in patna

worst experience ever. Extra charge for room booking after full payment on mmt. I will never Book this again. The room service is very poor. Overall, wasted all my money.

I opted for the club room and the one i got was small, cramped and dirty. The corridor was dirty and uncomfortable. It was noisy.

Foods are tasty and staffs are friendly have a great experience .. must recommend palace if you are coming to patna

Very pathetic & unprofessional staff. When i checked in hotel for check in hotel front office boy anuj told me my hotel is sold out due to marriage season. They denied for check in.

When i checked in hotel hotel front office staff anuj told me all the rooms are sold out and they will be shifting me to another hotel. This is highly unprofessional and pathetic customer service.

Excellent hotel and super place to stay with warm hospitality. The place is nearby to most visited places in patna
