Hotel is neat and clean only draw back is no in house kitchen/ restaurant so food quality and hygiene is not upto the mark. If you include your breakfast one single item will be provided as per their choice. Good for stay only.

The room service was poor. They did not regularly clean the room or empty the trash despite repeatedly requesting them to do so. Overall very average stay. Only advantage is that it’s affordable.

I stayed at the hotel for two days, and I was disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed untrained and their behavior was not professional. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the room was not clean. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything is good but apart from minor things like they could improve the servicing staff the way they talk with customers and something's like making water available in the room. Apart from that everything is good.

Cockroaches were found in the room, no option for breakfast, only small cup of tea was complimentary and had to pay for coffee. Water bottles were also not provided. Landline was disconnected without access to room service. Smoky smell in room. Pros: hot water and tv were available. Pricing was average. Hotel udipi utsav nearby.

It was an good location to stay and room was very opened like when u open the door the bed was visible so that was an bad thing. They providing bathing soap, water, towel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be quite spacious with a neat and comfortable bed. The 42-inch LED TV was a great addition for entertainment. However, the bathroom was disappointing. It wasn't very clean, and the shower was not working properly, which was inconvenient. On the bright side, hot water was available. Overall, the room itself was good, but the bathroom issues need addressing for a better experience.

It was a nice stay. I found its service to be best. The location is also nice. The staffs are also good.

Room is okay as per the rates but the real problem is that they say breakfast included but you only get 2 uttapam or small bowl of rice that’s all and also they don’t have power backup in my 3 day stay the lights went off for about 15 to 20 time and the entire room as well as the lobby is pitch dark, the staff and room service is very unprofessional

Worst ever experience. I paid for breakfast but they weren't even aware that i paid for breakfast. After asking one day they gave a cup of rice and the next day 2 poori each person. I paid 300 per head for breakfast where i got 2 poori.

Great hospitality, good room experience and facilities. Clean and calm surroundings. The reception is also humble and provides a happy atmosphere.

The hotel was on the main road itself and easy to locate. We stayed in a non ac room. The room was decent and comfortable. There were no high-fi setups. But it was good. Complimentary breakfast also provided. It has tv, cup boards, fans etc. I think it can be a good choice.

Its good for casual stay. Nice maintenance, can be somewhat improved for better benefit. Bathroom was somewhat bad.
