Hotel Gagan Deep

In the photo and in reality, there is a lot of difference, but according to the price the hotel is ok.

Extremely disappointed stay. The toilet was smelly & poorly maintained with water leaking & black stains all over the flush. None of electrical outlets were working so we were unable to charge our phones. The bed was infested with mosquitoes making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The tv didn’t work. I would not recommend staying here.

room bahut Ganda tha kahne par b safai ni ki gai or staff se safai ki kahi to bola k baad m karenge door lock b sahi ni the bed par sigret padi hui thi or room m smell b bahut aa rahi thi or bag rakhne k liye b koi storage ni tha

Bedroom is very good but bathroom is not good

This has been my most horrifying stay. The condition of the toilet was like a public toilet even not cleaned, and the room smelled so bad, as if it were coming from a sewer. The bedding, like the blanket and bedsheet, seemed as if they hadn't been washed in years. The room was in such a terrible state that even ruins would be better. I would suggest never staying here. There is also a group of mosquito 😄 will never let you sleep .

Room was not clean but we managed due to good behaviour from mr singh, breakfast not served due to some issues but thank you

Location was good. It is near mansa devi ropeway so it makes it more suitable for tourist to stay here

Room size very small, washroom very dirty, room not net and clean, room infrastructure very bed.

The hotel was too smelly no one was listening and was not even changing the room i have requested them thrice they said they will not change it

Location is not as per showing in picture as lush green. It is in front of railway line. Amenities and services is below average. Food is normal

In room no. 201 nothing was good there. Bathroom door can't closed properly as stuck while closing. Ac was not cooling, wall fan speed was too slow on 3 no. Personally went at recieption for soap and towel given. No room service for water have to fill ourself from the water cooler. No intercom was there to speak at reception. Morning tea is given after 8am. Railway line in the front of hotel. So very bad experience and will think 100 times before booking from make my trip.

Was-room need repair and maintenance.

I have no words that how dirty room and hotel it was in my life it first time that i had booked the hotel and in only first time it was bad, terrible, worst for me and the ac was also not working properly, the hotel also has big rats and they had eaten our food and the rats had done toilet in our blanket and our washroom was in very bad condition and we can't able to open the door of washroom because bad toilet smell was coming out from the washroom. I am unhappy from it.

Very bad service. Not good, room condition is very bad, staff is very bad.

Location is in very outside from the main road, conveyance not easily available for move to city. Mansa devi temple road is exactly located. Staff is very good.

First they denied my early check in later he agreed when we reach the hotel and get the check in they gave us wars t room ther wall was totaly damaged no towel no hand wash shoup room was dirty and small
