The hotel staffa were interacted with poor manners .. even we were informed about the situation but they haven't supported

No well room doors have no locks properly

we totally 8members for two rooms. and they helped very well with extra bed and didn't charged for it. great service. very peacefull stay.

Central location, clean room and premises. Lack of a restaurant was a dampener. The lift wasn’t working making us climb up and down four floors a few times!

The room was perfect and had a very peaceful atmosphere. The hospitality was also good. The only issue was that the lift wasn’t working, but I’m happy with it

Near Manorama Junction, the place has decent open parking space available for 8-9 cars and 10-15 bikes. The room is fair with a bed, television, a TV unit that can be used as a makeshift table, tall cupboard to hang your clothes, a small teapo and one sofa chair. The washroom is fairly spacious, but had a musty smell. We had booked a room with a garden view, but there are no gardens to be seen. There is no place to hang the used towel once you get out of the washroom, unless you decide to wet your feet again by walking into the shower area.

Unbelievable. 2. *Non-working Air Conditioning (AC)*: The AC wasn't functioning, making the stay extremely uncomfortable, especially considering India's climate. 3. *Non-functional TV*: Even the TV didn't work, stripping away a common entertainment option. 4. *Disturbing Hygiene Issues*: The overall cleanliness and hygiene were appalling. Not what you'd expect from a paid hotel stay. 5. *Essential Amenities Missing*: Shockingly, there wasn't even toothpaste or a toothbrush provided in the room - basic toiletries one expects. *MakeMyTrip's Role* - *Misrepresentation*: The hotel's condition bore no resemblance to what MakeMyTrip portrayed. - *Customer Service*: I reached out [if you did], but their response was underwhelming and unsatisfactory. - *Booking Discrepancy*: The experience raises serious questions about MakeMyTrip's vetting and hotel partnerships. *Impact* This terrible experience soured my entire trip. The lack of basic facilities made it feel like we were staying in subpar conditions not worthy of a paying customer. *Advice to Others* Would *NOT recommend MakeMyTrip* based on this disaster.

Average looling, not well clean, room was small, linen is not good

Rooms was not clean, poor hygiene buckets etc. Rooms are not checked properly before allocating to customer, i had to change 3 rooms in one ac was not working and in another toilet was leaking. Location wise it's good and well connected by road and rail. If they improve on above it will be good.

Not good. Bathroom was smelly there was no bathtub in suite room as shown. Staff was the only good thing about the place. Not even 1% as shown in google

The room is below average the photo and room is so many differences and the wall and paint is cracked and toilet is not clean and.

The bedspreads were torn, not clean smelling. Moreover, the over the bathroom was leaking and it had pungent odor of hydrogen sulphate, horrible experience.
