Hotel Chithrapuri

The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep throughout my stay.

located away from the bustling city , calm and pleasant stay , very spacious room with absolute comfort , resto bar standards are good , a nice place to stay if you are looking for serenity

good neat and cleans rooms .and restaurant availability is very nice..all workers here is nice behaviour...totally everything is good..in CHITHRAPURI......THE BETTER IS BETTER....I KNOW WORDS....SUPER..... before 4 years I will stay some 3 times in chithrapuri......less price...but more satisfactions....

except for the location, everything else is good.. non availability of AC rooms is also a problem..

The stay was calm and good. Room was neat and clean. Only thing is bathroom fittings are not upto the mark. More than enough space for luggage, nice cooling effect, television facility. Over all good

Ok. Good stay, excellent atmosphere and good staff

Initially they told that there is no booking for me in that hotel. Luckily i already called general manager of that hotel before reaching there to confirm the booking. After lot of fight we finally got a room there. There was lot of power failures during the night the stay was very uncomfortable anyway the food provided was very nice.

Hotel is good. I stayed in suite, but tv in suite room is old, having a gr-gr noise. Most discomforting fact is the hotel kitchen opens only at 11 am - no possibility to get break fast or coffee before that.

Average, Room is very spacious. With the same building have bar and restaurant also. Room which I booked was non ac Room and I feel a dusty smell inside the room. Bathroom and Room was looks clean and neat only but overall I feel Average only due to some unpleasant smell inside the room.

Nice stay. They need to improve for cleanliness, we can find cockroach and flies with some bad smell in the rooms

I had very bad experience. There was no staff in the reception. No menu card in the room. Very much disappointed.

Hotel facility and location very good. Staff good. Room spacious. Feedback as follows. Stayed 1 night. 1. Cockroach on floor. Noticed upon checkin. Had to call housekeeping to clean. 2. Tea coffee not avble early morning. They say restaurant opens only 8. 30. Am. 3. Ac switch loose contact and ac stopped working in the evening. Instead of fixing it they requested to change room. As it was cumbersome to shift i declined. I made a quick fix solution myself to keep the switch in place. 4. Lift stopped working from 1st day night. My aged father had to take stairs two times. Even now as i. Am checking out the next day afternoon the lift is not fixed. Thanks

While the staff was friendly, the room was not maintained. The ac was not working and the room service was also very poor.

I went to had my dinner in the restaurant and it was totally out of my expectations. I started with a finger chips which came out as uncooked. I had to ask them to cook and give it again. The main course was ok. Finally I ordered a tea. It smelled like petrol. I told waiter that the tea is not good. He took it back to kitchen. When he came back I asked him what happened. Then he told that they haven't cleaned the cup thoroughly and it was the dish washer liquid I went to manager and told the issue. He doesn't respond anything instead he had a smile like its usual. I wont recommend any one to stay in this Hotel ever.
