Hotel staff was very rude and even didn’t given any soap or towels and bed sheets are very dirty and i think it’s not worthy it was my worst experience

It was horrible service, there was 3-4 cockroch in the blanket. And bedsheet was so dirty, room cleaning service was okay but they have mentioned the services which they are offering but none of them were there. Wifi connection was so poor

On mumbai highway so very easily accessible. The surroundings of hotel premises not so good. Dusty and truck noise. No private parking of hotel. Trucks are parked.
