Excellent stay room was pretty big & decent, staff was well trained & helpful. Food is a+, moreover. Juster of service ( compliments) was cherry on cake

We had a good stay at hotel. Hotel was decent and clean. Room was nice and clean with tasty food. Only one point they provide thali in map plan which is not understandable. If buffet is not available then generally fixed ala carte menu is being offered

Comfortable neat, spacious rooms, responsive and cooperative staff, food potions are big for single traveler. Good breakfast.

Neat and clean hotel, large spacious rooms, decent bathrooms, only issue was that the choice of breakfast was limited. Coffee was good. Soup n snacks excellent. Overall satisfactory experience

We stayed there overnight while returning from mukteshwar. Pros: rooms are large with good amount of sunlight coming from a large window. Comfortable beds. It's outside the city on the mainroad, so we could continue our journey without any hassles. Cons: cleanliness is questionable as we found clumps of hair in the washbasin choking it, which had to be removed. It's and old hotel and wear n tear shows. We ordered breakfast in the rooms which was pretty average in taste. Had to ask for butter for a toast, sauce for omelets and salt n pepper repeatedly so in a nutshell it's an average hotel. Can stay overnight since it is pretty reasonable

Food dinner was good but breakfast was satisfactory. Secondly housekeeping par was satisfactory. Property was good staff was well cooperative and decent.

As a mm t black member i was offered free room upgrade but hotel manager denied lying to us that all higher category rooms are occupied, even though i asked from bell boy he said that suites were all empty, still we weren't given our room upgrade. We had to change room twice and air conditioning wasn't there in both rooms. They boast of swimming pool and kids area but nothing was functional. Wont recommend
