Hiral Valley View Residency

The hotel in which I stayed wasn't a hotel and a home made hotel by non professional rude and illiterate management. I stayed there for one night only because of I have been threatening by the lady owner, physically assaulted by her neighbour and we had to left the premises on just next morning i.e. on 27th August. I talked to Make my (your)customer grievance lady on phone number for about half an hour, she told me and she told me to call back within ten minutes, I didn't receive any call from her. I told her to provide me email ID of your (Make my trip) for writing my grievancies,she didn't provide teel today. Let me see what you respond within 3-4 days

Hotel was good, nice environment, well furnished wnd cleaned room, we didn’t try the food. We asked if wner to extend oyr check out time snd he said yes without having second thought. Overall nice and smooth experience.

Not so good and not so bad. Hot water not available all the time. Evening also hot water not available. At morning hot water not available at the room, we bring the hot waters from stairs by own.

Hotel was very nice & clean. Room service also very great. Location also very near to market place.

The room condition was good but the hygienic was not that much good, blanket was smelling so bad. The owner behaviour was so polite and cooperative. Infact they kept our bag for extra times and also didn't ask for money. It's very nearer to market place.

It was really good the room and services are fabulous if u want mountain view and not looking for swimming then it will be best for you to for it

Budget friendly home stay. I found this property from youtube blog. Food is average. Service was 8 out of 10.

Near to the matheran market place and 5 minutes walking distance from matheran railway station, budget friendly hotel and staff are also well behaved. Good for 1 day stay to explore matheran.

Stay was good being in market area all facilities were instant available. Location view beautiful.

Location was near to market but it was congested. Front door appearance was not good. Cleanliness is required.

It is far away from main market, property is in the village side, hotel wardens is very rude and bed is not cleaned room was smelling, bed n pillow was stinky and if you complain about this, they will start behaving like rude.

The rooms are very cleaned and staffs are very polite and very helpfull. They are providing food drink everything and the place of hotel is near to all main points

It was not a good experience at all. The bathroom was very untidy and the tiles were broken. Hot water was unavailable inspite of promised.

Overall the service provided by property people was excellent, they were very understanding and non judgemental.

The worst hotel i have ever experienced. The cleaning level was zero. There were around 5 dead cockroaches and 3 alive cockroaches i have seen in less that 24 hrs. Cockroaches even in the fridge. The bedsheets were unclean. The smell of the hotel was unbearable once we entered. The tv unit wasn't working. After complaining the bedsheets were changed and cleaning was performed. However, not satisfactory. The tv wasn't working till the last minute. The casual answers were provided by workers working over there.

Property is average. We have to wait at hotel while checkin for 20min beacause of room cleaning was not done. Hot water timing was mentioned 6-9 am in the morning but we get only for half n hour between 7. 30-8 am stating reason water tank is empty. Overall average rating
