Food taste is worst, also when i reached there my car battery drained and i couldn’t start the car and i have asked help to the hotel manager for a mechanic for a jump start and he confirmed today is sun-day and will arrange it on monday morning and on the same day he told i have informed the mechanic and he will come by morning 8. When i called to hotel manager morning, he didn’t even pick my call, have tried multiple times didn’t pick the call and i have arrange the mechanic myself with the help of unknown auto driver. If they are not ready to help that’s fine but they have to clear with us saying we can’t arrange instead of that he gave a false promise and he didn’t even pick the call next day

Room mate not available. Remote not working. Fan not working. Door not able lock. Want to lock forecly.

Overall good food and services are excellent and little troubles to find the location due to lack of board

This place is ok for one night's stay, but should have more photos, more detailed photos of interiors which are missing. 1) lack of parking space. 2) they don't have a restaurant, only limited food menu. Lunch and dinner food provided was good. But breakfast was horrible. 3) floor mats near the entrance and outside the bathrooms were not clean.

I hope mm t team have not personally visited the hotel. There is a drainage smell across the property. The staircase, public area not cleaned from so many days. Looks like the owner of the property doesn't care about the property at all. Due to drainage water clogging we could experience foul smell through out our stay. Lot of cockroaches in the room.

Stayed from may 2-4, 2023. This property is not worth for the amount paid. Badly maintained bathroom. No morning coffee/tea served till about 7:30 am and that too supplied only after requests. But the staff were quite nice and the frugal breakfast was good-thanks to the chef. Yercaud itself is a very beautiful and scenic hill station but very dirty at most of the places including the lake area due to callous and irresponsible tourists. Garbage disposal is pathetic. Vegetarian food and related restaurants are very few and bad.

The stay was good. It was hygiene. Food was tasty

Garden wood home stay is excellent resort to stay in couples or family. Particularly bamboo designer cottage villas which is aesthetic beauty. It's close proximity to pagoda point and peek u park. Staff are very cooperative and they arranged dinner if we want. Both breakfast and dinner were too good, hats off to the chef but the cost was felt costly. The only issue is the heater. They say if we leave 10 to 20mins only we will get heat water but even after that heat water what we get is not sufficient and while filling half a bucket we get chill water. Other than heat water everything is good and we can enjoy our stay and it is very comfortable and we can feel different type stay staff is ready to do whatever we require. Overall enjoyed with my family and also recommended for a good comfortable stay in yercaud. Will repeat once again if i get a chance to stay in yercaud

The stay was good, you get what you pay for. Not too great though. No extra amenities, not too clean and too small. More of a homestay than a resort. But good stay overall for a decent budget.

This is a good stay for bachelors looking for an inexpensive place to stay. The ambience is good, bathroom and beds were clean. Food was average, oily mainly. Walls are sticky for some reason and non hygienic kitchen. The best part was the staff service, mr. Gowtham took very good care of guiding us. I would recommend this place for bachelors.

Great hospitality and service provided by the staff. Welcoming nature. Good food.

Except the environment everything was bad in the hotel.

Please stay away from in house food. Plates smell cockroach, uncooked, chicken, tooo salty dal and roti.

Resort was small and less place to wander but room was good for 2 members. Overall good
