worst experience I booked a property and before I could reach the place someone calls me and says that property is under construction and redirected to me a different one. After reaching there that room and property was pathetic and dirty. When we cross checked, the owner of the property was very rude and was not ready to refund and we were asked to leave in the middle of the night never book these propertie

familyI am not happy with your stay and the reasons are as follows: 1. Last moment my stay changed from Asha Nagar to Siddharth Nagar property. 2. I booked for pool stay, my modified stay doesn't have pool. 3. I paid for Deluxe room and now I have got studio room. 4. Generally, breakfast is unlimited at all the stays, here it is 1 plate per person. I have not seen this kind of service anywhere else.

Overall stay was quite pleasant. Finding the location was a task. Google map location isn't correct. Rooms are as shown in pictures. Don't expect anything for outside view. Interior and facilities are really nice.

Wrong and bad location

Unknown place, location wrong updated, this is at extreme end. The owner is mess and he would not listen to anything, they started my trip with smelling room which they shifted after one night

Bad hotel. Photos which were shown is not exactly the place They changed the room and gave us the room in other location which was shady rooms were stinging & ac was also not working It’s not recommended for good corporate people.

The name of property is exotic pool villa but its apartment in the building. Initially a very small room was allotted to us which was very bad, very wired smell. The propery is old and requires maintenance. We were shifted to a bigger room upstairs on request, room was better but it was not cleaned there was dust all over and used tissue papers on floor. Will never recommend this to anyone or will never book it again. Its looks very good in picture but in reality its not good at all. The pool is very small not cleaned and stinks.

We are in this business for years now and doing such a act of showing false pictures to lure guest, is a shameful act. So this a false accusation against us and this would only tarnish our image if we do such a thing .as investigated the room was in good condition the cleanliness was perfect. the cleanliness issue was never escalated.
