The property was good. However, there are few points I want to clearly mention here, I had a booking from 1st May to 3rd May l, we were 4 people and 1 kid - My in-laws and us. M on 31st Rumi from the resort called us and told us that one of the AC rooms are not available as the AC is not working so they can give us one AC room and one normal room with complementary dinner for 2 people. after a few mins she called back again and said they can give us a cooler for the non AC room and the complementary dinner for 2. When I asked for some time to talk to my husband and get back, she said "otherwise you can cancel the booking". I was really annoyed at her behaviour, I didn't do the booking to cancel at the last minute. however, we decided to go with the cooler option. upon reaching there we liked the resort, the view was good. The complementary breakfast was below average. They are severely short staffed. The breakfast had no non veg options other than boiled eggs on one day and omelette on the 2nd day. I have paid less and had better complementary breakfast at other hotels/ resorts. The view was good from the hotel. And only because of that I am giving an average review. To summarise, the resort is a bit over priced.

Stay was super good,friendly staff. Very pet friendly. Must choose this if you are looking for pet friendly stay. You don’t have to worry about your dog’s food too. Your dog can roam freely in the property and ample space to play with your pet.

Excellent service and good rooms, though the food is average; the hotel also offers a few games like table tennis for a fun time-pass

It was good stay and property is also located in very peaceful area and rooms are clean but food is average.

No customer service whatsoever, no phones at the room. One has to call for everything done. No security at the night. I had early check out and there was no staff around despite informing last night. I kept key behind scanner in reception and left

Very poorly maintained property. Communication is very bad. Front office staff has no communication between each other. The geyser in the standard ac rooms are so small. No continuous supply of hot water at all. Breakfast buffet has no live counters. Rooms are not provided with handwash or soaps. No bathroom slippers provided. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Need to improve a lot

It was beautiful and pleasant stay in commune18. Calm, clean and surrounded by nature. Staffs are really great and well behaved. Highly recommended.

The stay was really bad, unhygienic and there were bedbugs also, no response from reception on time. I completely don’t recommend this

Lobby area is good but some rooms are bad. No one to attend calls during emergency and no auto power back up. No power in our rooms from 01. 00 am to 05. 00 am and no one to answer our phone calls in a remote place. Felt unsecure and checked out upon sunrise though we made payment for one more day.

It was an wonderful stay near ckm and the persons who love the nature can have a stay here with there friends and family thanks to ishwar and kusuma for there hospitality

Cons 1. Poor cottage condition. Paint stains, dirt all over the place. It gets extremely hot even with half day of sun as the roof is covered with plastic. Bathroom glass windows that don't close fully offer excellent views of the inside of the bathroom from outside the cottage. Not worth anything more than ₹2000-3000 per night. 2. No amenities inside the cottage. No TV, no proper cupboard 3. The place around the cottages gets a bit dirty and slippery during rains 4. Can see accumulated dirt on the swimming pool tiles that give an impression of slippery floor. Did not test it though. 5. They serve stale food when the crowd is less. So beware of you arrive a day early or one meal early. Try to have your first meal from outside. Some items in breakfast were also stale 6. You have to carry your luggages till the reception from the car parking that is around 50-100m away and you will be lucky if someone helps you after that 7. When crowd is more, you will have to adjust without plates for your dinner. Pros 1. Easily accessible location, good greenery all around 2. They do campfire with music when there is no rains 3. Good food from dinner of day 1 once they run out of stock of their old food 4. Good common area amenities to spend time with friends/family

This is my second visit with them. I love the property. Highly recommend 👌 this place. Staff is very curtious and helpful. The Swimming pool and the property is very well maintained. The property itself is quite big and will enjoy exploring it. It has cottages and tents in the midst of nature which gives u a vibe of a jungle stay. It also has proper ac and non ac rooms if ur not a adventures person like me. I love this place.

We booked cottage rooms which were expensive than the non ac rooms. When we reached, the cottages were not at all maintained and they looked entirely different than what was shown in the pictures. The ceilings were not painted and the washrooms looked entirely different. When we enquired if we can switch to any other rooms, they mentioned it will be charged extra when those rooms were of lesser price than cottage. After much negotiation, they moved us to the non ac rooms with no extra charges. Even in the new room, the glass door was broken and flush was continuously leaking and there was constant noise. However, the staff is polite and friendly. Food is good and lounge area is well maintained. Hence giving 3 star.

The stay was good, good ambiance, and proper maintenance of swimming pools and games and the camp fire was excellent. Finally i have enjoyed a lot in that stay

The wooden cottage room was smelling throughout the stay and the worst happened that by evening had been facing multiple insects inside the room, found 2 small cockroaches under pillow and 1 big on the floor, big spiders on rhea bathroom floor and 2 centipede around the door. However food was nice and the garden was full of greenery and pool was good around the open area!
