The hotel was not well-maintained and lacked cleanliness. It is not suitable for regular travelers, just a basic option to manage for a night. The lighting was poor, and there was no backup generator during power cuts, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Worst experience I ever had!!! Rooms were flooded with mosquitos, as if it wasn't opened for months. False ceiling was broken. there were no curtain holders. Pillo covers were torn!!! We couldn't stay here in such scenario and had to book another hotel at 1am. Further broke all my trust by not giving full refund for the stay that hotel couldn't provide. I paid for 2 rooms that were not even worth 300/-. the hotel can enjoy 4000 bucks but this is not sustainable.

Stay at collection O Oyo townhouse lemonade was quite good and the room na nice AC works well and the smart tv with internet connection helps passing out time Only thing I don't like was availability of water container on upper floor we have to come.on reception to get water everytime. Other things are good

Already registered complain regarding property for booking related. Because property owner told me they don't have any room. No, alternate property provided by make my trip. I faced trouble because i booked 6 room for my guest. But not a single room provided by property

I'm already booked a room in the morning and paid Amount but After reaching hotel hotel Manager Said that room is not available, we can't give you room. After my so much request (you cant say request I am begging in front of him I told him that I am coming from prayagraj for attending frnds marriage party) he gave me room around 1 am mid night which was non AC room, very much moisturizers mosquitoes, and very dirty room and no drinking water and no water in bathroom. After all we leaved room 5 am. I am really very much upset this type of services because one of my female friend was with me.
