it was a terrible experience with the stay it was very unhygienic, At least I thought I would relax for overnight but the bedbugs didn't let me do even that.

I reached the hotel the next day morning at 8.30 am. At the reception they first said that there is no room. I showed them the booking confirmed page, later after 30 min they accepted and said that at this price we cannot give room. Again I spoke to them and again after 30min they said that they have not received the payment. I got annoyed aand made call to customer care spike to ankita. It's a big scam with hotel people they did not match the same price what i have payed. I have payed extra payment to the hotel.

I booked ac room but they are not providing ac rooms. They are telling bookings ac rooms not allowed.

They're collecting extra money and there is no difference among staff and ridiculous behaviour from staff it's better to cancel or put restrictions on hotel

The water has to be fetched from outside, the hotel has nothing to do with it, and apart from the amount we booked, they charge extra amount after visiting the hotel. The room is clean.

The best hostel to stay near suchitra rooms are clean and hotel management is also very good persons
