Bad cancellations

I didnt stay here and i did not check in. The hotelier promised cancellation but now charges the fees

Excellent stay

Rooms were neat and clean. Staff was very cooperative and elegant. Tariff was priced well it was not overrated.

familyThe hotel location is bad the hotel is. Or able to solve temperature issue in rooms. Vibes are not good. I have vacated hotel in hour only.

Pleasant stay with good hospitality

familyI stayed at this hotel with my family and there were 3 of us. The hotel staff was really cooperative and helpful in terms of local knowledge and transport services. Coming to the room, the room was very spacious and clean with decent vibes.

Excellent Stay

Close to dal lake ( 5-7 mins walking from main dal lake point) rooms are pretty spacious and nicely done. Staff is courteous. Visited other budget hotels in my previous stays but this one is better in terms of hygiene, cleanness, superior amenities and very comfortable rooms. So full marks on value for money for travelers who want to spend more on travel and also looking for good hotels.
