We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nesta casa flip . From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. The daily cleaning service was exceptionally well-managed — the rooms were always spotless, fresh, and neatly organized. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the consistency in maintaining high standards throughout our stay. Every aspect, from the cleanliness to the amenities provided, was on point. The staff was courteous, responsive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made us feel well taken care of.

Everything is great about this property. Best is the location. Ample amount of parking with security and great house keeping

Room walls had water patches. There was a damp smell when i entered the room. The room was cleaned daily. Amazing location and was centrally located with all the necessities within walking distance. Music from the near by place which carries on till late at night. Air conditioning was really good. Walls putty and repaint is needed in the area of water patches. Water kettle from inside was not clean and hence never used it. Will give this property 3. 5/5!

Worst experience ac is a joke water coming from ac all skin rashes came room is very small you can't even adjust the light given burn your eyes worst service useless if you book here images shown are different and it's spring mattress it will create lot of pain

The property security didn’t allowed us to park the vehicle inside and in 1 bedroom there is an issue with fan

While the location was great and easy to access, the flat was full of cockroaches. Sufficient cleaning and hygiene standards were quite poor. Without that aspect, the apartment was nice, however the lack of hygiene made the stay difficult.

Good hotel with all amenities. Parking facility is available and good hotels near by. Overall a good stay

Good aminities, excellent room ambience and good cooperative staff and will get all requirements without walkable distance.

It is a great place to stay in great price, would definitely like to book again. One of the best location to stay in north goa

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The ambiance was relaxing, the amenities were good and the location was ideal for exploring the area. The only drawback was that the hair dryer in both the bathrooms and many charging sockets were not working.

Well stocked and tastefully designed bhk close to the beach, kitchen also there. Two acs though one of them doesn't work well, the problem is with the spring mattress. While king size it's very uncomfortable and came in as a very late surprise when we hit the bed at night, had two days of disturbed sleep cos of that

The location and property was good. It was a 5 star setup. All good beaches like anjuna, vagator, morjim and baga (for late night dinner) were closeby. There were some functional issues in the apartment like ac remote not working, ac unit making a lot of noise, sofa cushions were below par etc. But i found these to be manageable in my overall great experience.

Casaflip property was clean and staffs were very supportive and nikhil helped a lot when we checked in late and checked out also late.

The rooms were fine and adequate facilities were provided. The location is good. The property asks for an additional 5000 refundable deposit which was not mentioned anywhere.
