The property is not at all good for family stay. I have booed the property but after looking the property cancelled it

food quality is very poor, and poor in service.

Scary and food was not good. The rooms were leaking everywhere. We booked for 2 nights but we ended up leaving in 1 hour.

The person serving us was new and could not understand what we demanded. Service was late and moreover the room was also not clean. On demand we were given cottage but there also it seems someone was already staying. Used towel, no basic amenities were there.

It was very fantastic, everything was very fine taste of food is excellent, very peaceful area, recommended for everyone

The stay was good. Hospitality and service was quick. Rooms were neat and clean. And the staff was very welcoming.

The property was overpriced for the facilities. Certain light fixtures did not work, there was a foul odor near washrooms. However, the employees were warm, accommodating and helpful. They kept me updated regarding my stay and assisted me to arrive at the stay area safe and without hassle.

First of all, hotel team on asking them again the way from kufari did not told that the small road which connects it from kufari is closed. So we have to go back all the way to mosbara to reach this hotel. Secondly, there was no new year celebrations and this has made our new year evening very boring. Thirdly, the services were not up to the mark-lack of clean towels, food quality. Dirty cottage. Dirty towels. No bathroom slippers. Dirty room. ^blackpearl

Nice support staff (ayush) and a very quite and secluded place. Had a very good experience. The location is a a little off road so please call the staff before hand.

Pro's we had a wonderful stay, we loved location as well as facilities. You can easily go on short walks near property. On clear day, you can see higher himalayan peaks as far as kedarkantha. The property is sometimes visited by domesticated and very well behaved cat and a dog which we adored. Food is served in restaurant or in room. Cons- the cottage allocated to us had a private sitout. However access to it was not private, so it is more like a shared space plastic is not properly recycled properly on property. We saw plastic bottles thrown behind the property. We also saw the staff burning trash/plastic to cleanup, which is not an environment friendly practice. The cottages are still unfinished, as the cottage allocated to us opened at back, with straight 4 ft drop because the deck is not yet constructed. Overall i will strongly recommend the property if you love peaceful private stay with decent service.

Nice cottages in hills with cooperative staff. Me and my wife came here to celebrate our marriage anniversary. We both had a great time here.

The vibe is amazing as soon as we entered. The ambience is wonderful. The staff and the hospitality is great. The room is comfortable.

We loved our stay, the property is beautiful and spacious rooms. Black-pearl hospitality is wonderful as is their breakfast and dinner. The staff are polite and their attention to details exemplary.
