Review: This was by far the worst experience The Wi-Fi never worked despite contacting the host multiple times. The door couldn’t be locked properly, which felt very unsafe. There was termite infestation all over the property and also bathroom leakage, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. At the end of the trip, I was suddenly asked to pay a ₹1000 deposit. I understand deposits can be mandatory, but if that’s the case, why wasn’t it mentioned clearly at the time of booking To make matters worse, the contact person was extremely rude For being just 20 minutes late at checkout, he locked the door from outside, causing us to miss our bus. We kept calling, but he ignored our calls and kept chatting with someone else instead of helping. This kind of behavior is unacceptable

I am not satisfied with the room, there are so many ants everywhere in every room, Gas stove not available, kitchen area is so dirty and not maintained, room service not available properly. please improve the system

The appointment was very good, and all amenities were the same as shown in the pictures, and Host was very helpful until we checked in & our apartment was in 3 floor but no lift & as per their rules there is no room service.

perfect stay for 3 days. Location was good, 2 mins drive from calungate beach. Amenities as shown in pictures were present. Swimming pool was available and accesabale. kitchen was good with utensils which helped us to cook breakfast and lunch also.

1. Service had not given by owner as per shown photos. 2. Care taker has not clean the rooms in 3 days. 3. Swimming not allowed by the owner on day or evening time. 4. Water supplied issue and water purifier are leaked continuously. 5. Cooking material not provides as per shared photos. Like gas stove with cylinder and took the extra 1500- charges from the check in time. 5. Electricity power not available upto 10 to 12 hours in 3 days. Also back up power supply not provided as per mentioned in the booking time. Note - totally worst experience about the service of owners and not responding positively.

House was big. Caretaker always responded

It was a really good apartment where even 7-8 people can accommodate, swimming pools and induction, oven and washing machine was also available i really liked the stay over here and was also pocket friendly. Don't have room images

Finding location was easy. Once we enter the apartment, it felt nice, interior was good. Rooms were clean and everything was tucked. Overall it was perfect until water supply gone. On 2nd night of our visit, we reached the apartment near 1:00 am at night and water supply was gone. I contacted property caretaker, he received my call and ensured he would do something but he couldn't because of motor failure. The next day we somehow managed to get ourselves look good and checked out. Caretaker was very helpful and was trying to arrange a room for us to get us fresh but we denied moving out in such condition. Had water supply would not have disrupted, it would have been a 5 star stay.

The apartment is at 3rd floor but there is no lift, rooms where clean but it stinks. We did not got fresh towels, the towels which we got was used and wet. Swimming pool was not clean, as you see in the picture. Green colour grass was seen at the bottom. Mr. Roonee was very helpful- he arranged many things on just a call.
