Stayed in the month of November during less crowded weekend. Friday-Saturday. Both Rooms provided were neat and clean. All things working well and clean bathrooms. Ample Parking is a great plus inside the property. Toiletries provided were adequate for the period of stay. Attached restaurant has good food and great options. A bit pricey compared to other places in that location.

The hotel is good. Not worth of the price. Hot water problem. Bathroom water was not clean (muddy water). Food in the restaurant was average. But the best part is the staff, all the staffs are extremely good.

property is located when you enter kukke subramanya and easily locatable, the room I stayed was in was a non AC standard room, the room was good except for some missing things like basic tea/coffee provisions and toiletries. The other amenities like general area were also good. the Restaurant available at the property is too pricey would not suggest.
