Riyasat Resort

it was amazing as there are very few hotels in kurukshetra, this riyasat hotel was the best as compared to all hotels in kurukshetra 👍

Poorly maintained and poorly kept. Without basic toiletries or slippers or safe. Dirty linen, dirty fan, food dripping in oil, servers carrying tea cup in hand without a tray, the list of woes is endless.

Staff behavior is good and also food quality nice location good vary good

Horrible experience, no value for money. Complete vacant hotel, food absolutely bad. No service from stafff

Old looking rooms, unkempt, leaking walls, unclean surfaces.. offered 4 small bottles for a night stay to a family of 3 and extra bottles were charged at 50 per lt and GST. Breakfast included in the package is just 2 items and 2 beverages, can be avoided. Certainly not a good experience.

No professionalism. There is no one to direct for the reception counter or sign board. Food was average.

Dirty reception area. Dirty crockery. Food was nice and rooms were average. Staff was not very cordial

Everything was good the staff is good we have got no problems there a must visit place. At a very beautiful location

Bathroom were not cleaned and water logging issues. Had to request hotel to clean bathroom. After multiple request, hotel sent guy to clean it up. It's below expectation and not recommended stay further as it's not in running condition.

Room was good but food n services was average. Breakfast dosent statt before 8:30 that too limited. Dont book room with complementey breakfast option.

We already book two rooms from chis because we are member of them they provide this hotal riyasat to us. We need more. Bedroom for for my other family members, then we book from you

All facilities are bad, room quality, bathroom quality and air condition, kettels quality, bed sheets

It is a very a var rahe stay. The gym is really bad, no air ventilation at all. The rooms are old school okay-ish. The food is pathetic

Most terrible and bad experience in this hotel. Beside my room guys are sitting in that thy open the door all are consuming liquor making a lot noise shouting loudly disturbing others. When i complained to the receptionist he said that they booked our room. He didn't take any action against thm. And send us to the 2nd floor where the room didn't well furnished there is no mirror in that. It smells like paint. Window mirror is also not cleaned. There is big holes in wall. Fan also not properly working making noises. Whole night m suffered with their problems. Most unsatisfactory experience i never ever come to this hotel and request to all to never come. I also told to my friend circle that when u wanna book a room so please don't book a room of riyasat hotel kurukshetra.

Overall stay was good. More amenities could be added as per the charges of the room

The property was still under construction. So the stay was not peaceful with hammering, drilling noise was loud even inside the room. And the dust was heavy. Switchboard in room were damaged. Breakfast cost as per arrangements was overpriced. Parantha poha sandwich and tea. Staff is friendly and location is right next to highway. But property is not ready yet

Electricity not there for 2 hours. Room service not available from 10 pm to 8. 30 am, so no one there to help. Paid complimentary breakfast include only 4-5 dishes only. Not a buffet and available after 9 am, if want to leave early so no breakfast will b available. I forgot mobile charger, they denied to provide it very rudely. They gave call perfectly at 12 pm to vacate room, never seen such behavior. Very ridiculous.

This place is so beautiful and neat and clear

Resort is hygienic and food is very good. Though i was there only for a night, but i like the ambience n all.

I was travel-ling from jammu to delhi with my husband and 1 year old daughter in december this year. We started in the morning and were planning to reach delhi by evening, but somehow we got delayed and our daughter also started getting cranky so we decided to halt for the night. We searched on makemytrip and found this resort on highway. We immediately booked a room in this resort as it was looking so nice and beautiful. But our dreams shattered when we entered the room. The resort was so beautiful from outside but their rooms were equally dirty from inside. The bedsheets and pillow were so dirty. The cups and spoons in the tea bar were not cleaned from months. The half used shampoo and moisturizer bottles were kept in the washroom. When we opened the washroom window we found all the waste lying there. Floor was not mopped from centuries. There was this unpleasant smell in the rooms that it was so difficult to spend the night. We had no option otherwise we would not have stayed there. Filthiest room we ever stayed. Not recommended for anyone.
