RIO RESORT (A RIVERSIDE)

I booked Mussoorie room view with balcony the most premium room as was travelling with family costing around 8K per night. When i reached there staff asked me drive behind him to another part of property. It’s almost 100 metres from main property with other shops . Hotels in between. Highly stinky rooms, No TV.I objected strongly. Finally after quarrel I settled for room in main property. Rooms here are reasonably ok. Food is good but 1 hour waiting. No swimming pool. Some guy has posted swimming pool in Rio resort google profile dated 4 years back. A paid separate pool is there adjacent to property which is open to all charging 100 rs per head.

The stay is ok they have two locations of rooms . one is the main and the second is the other side of road .. and room on the other side of the road.......

The cleanliness was not good TV was not there no intercom for room services breakfast was too late after 9:30 the breakfast started the cow was in the property roming and not at all good stay

Amazing property with lovely ambience and riverside with drinks and wow food. Staff were amazing and very supportive.

Resort is average due to following reasons 1. No spa facility 2. All adventure sports activities closed 3. No gym facility overall place is only for stay, food and riverside

First - rooms were provided almost 1 km from actual hotel, so you have to walk for everything (food, water) to main site, second- its clearly mentioned that all rooms have tv but when we check in it was informed that there were no tv. Third- it was mentioned that resort has beautiful river side but it was so dirty full off algae (kai), fourth- stly services was very poor.

We recently stayed there, location of the property is very nice and rooms are also clean and good. Lush green property and peaceful. Although we found food is over expensive but taste good. They arranged food for my 3 yr old toddler as per our instructions. We will visit again.

Nice resort. Beautiful view. Staff was very helpful. Food was yummy. The resort is very close to rovers cave.

Staff is very good cooperative but building furniture and sanitary is very old almost 15 year old style they don have television inf-act room was very different as shown in picture food is good but in breakfast they provide only two option while other property provide complete buffet

This is our first worst experience of my life, poor service, untrained staff no gesture no warm welcome, low quality food, never recommend to go there

No service no food quality no management extremely fed up with this property

This is the poor and cheap service at the resorts only name a resort showing something and serving something else, poor service and last this the worst ever experience of our life to stay here. Never suggesting anyone to come here. Beautiful property adjacent to the same resort.

This resort is a real good one.

Went to this place 4th time because I have a pet. But the resort has misconceptions about the customers who are coming there again and again. They think we keep on going back because we love the resort but that's not true. I go there because of my pet. Here at Rio Resort, they don't have an intercom system not even bell buttons to call the room service. You either shout or call the reception number. And believe me, you will feel awkward after calling the reception number more than 3 to 4 times. The reason is service. You call them and they won't do anything. Then you gonna call again and again and your one thing whatever you are calling about will still be delayed. That's the reason you have to call them 3 to 5 times after one order. And you gonna eat food at least 2 times there in a day. They don't even have complete staff. And when we left the resort I thought I must talk to the owner or someone responsible. So I found one guy who said he was the boss. But believe me, this was the 4th person who told me the same thing. How come each time I visited the resort the owner was different each time? Anyways I told him the issue and he was like people know that at this place service is not so good. But still, people come here because they get some personal touch or bla bla bla. How stupid that thought was. I clearly told him on his face it's no personal touch it's the only option left after all the good places are full. So I only come here because of my dog otherwise I will never come after that kind of hospitality. In shot awesome place worst staff and worst service.
