property service is very pathetic there are no basic services provided like dental kit room slippers water bottle even after multiple calls staff is very rude here no amenities and terrible service waste of money

Clean & tidy hotel, with pure veg restaurant. It is also at close location from major city landmarks and the railway station

BATHROOM TAP,SERVICE PHONE NOT WORKING,TOILET SEAT WAS BROKEN. CHECKED OTHER 3 ROOMS ALL ROOMS HAVE SOME OR OTHER PROBLEM. ONLY BREAKFAST AND LUNCH WAS SUPER.

I wish I could give negative stars for this nightmare of a stay. We booked this hotel , expecting a decent room, but what we got was an absolute disaster! While the hotel might have better rooms, they decided to dump us into a pathetic, filthy, and completely unacceptable excuse for a hotel room. 1. Ceiling Fan Covered in Filth – The fan looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. One spin and the whole room would be covered in dust. 2. Wall Damage & Peeling Paint – The walls were cracked, damp, and flaking, with suspicious stains adding to the horror. 3. Dirty & Torn Bed Linen – The bed sheets were not just stained but also torn! The pillowcases looked like they hadn’t been washed in ages. Disgusting! 4. Broken Electrical Switches – The switchboard was dirty and loose, making it unsafe to use. A clear sign of poor maintenance. 5. Filthy Towels – Instead of fresh, clean towels, we were given ones that were stained and unhygienic. 6. Damaged Air Conditioner – The AC was a joke. Broken vents, dust-covered filters, and barely any cooling—what’s the point of having an AC if it doesn’t work? It’s infuriating that hotels treat guests differently based on how they book. If you’re booking beware! You’ll be treated like a second-class guest and shoved into the worst room they have. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not! I’d rather sleep in my car than experience this nightmare again. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy filth, broken amenities, and a hotel that doesn’t care about its guests.

Not good experience , wash room not cleaned , no hot water in washroom, telephone was not functional , commode was not proper

the overall experience was good...the rooms were good and clean...food quality was also good...breakfast spread was good...

Hotel is good for short term stay. The rooms sizes are small and hygiene is okay. Staff is friendly and courteous. Breakfast options are decent. Jain food is also available. Rooms have mosquitoes, which make it difficult to sleep during night.

The location is centre of town, ample parking space, buffet breakfast is tasty, and the room is clean

Hospitality was nice, but washroom condition is worst, in fact they have offered bad smell room first

Too costly hotel but services are not according. Kindly provide free of cost driving bottle but was not given

The room was ok but they don’t provide any water bottles, room was closed for long so it was smelling, bathroom was like old fashioned and toilet seat was dull due to over usage, mini friedge was smelling and no water inside, bed sheet and mattress cover was dirty having staines that was clearly visible i asked them to change both bhat they haven’t changed the bedsheet, overall it was a very bad experience as that was there most expensive room in that hotel.

Average room. There was faul smell in the room, had to use room freshener every 4~5 hrs. There was seepage in the room as well

Location is good. Worth of money. Cleanesss hygine is good. Food is good. Ambience also good.

The quality of bed was poor. Foot mat was in very poor condition. Overall the room quality was poor.
