Terrible Stay
person on Reception Said only one room for Make my trip, He Said cash payment or offline booking good but He want high price of room, rude behaviour with me and my guest Last room' of hotel bookings for me, Long distance Walk I'm not well don't Long Walk properly with back pain' sertica, but hotel management so rude, open room without any facilities, water bottle, soap , shampoo, bathroom towel and hand towel, tishu paper, toothpaste shampoo, hot water ctt, All showing on Make my trip website app hotel page, electricity off many times, what is meaning of hotel without facilities, I'm paid for all but don't ewhy this fraud from hotel management, I will send legal notice for this mis behaviour or without facilities, I'm paid all amount but he is rude behaviour with online booking, High price on offline booking price, this is Big fraud with all and me or my guest, make My Trip don't call me, I'm trying on customer care of make My Trip but don't respond
