Not a recommended hotel for the cost paid. Too much cost. A basic amenities are provided but if one paying such huge amount, would expect something better.

Good stay atmosphere

Booked two rooms during our stay. A/c was not working properly in both the rooms. They tried to fix it a couple of times and after 3 hours of hot and humid conditions in the room, they have allocated other rooms. I've booked 2 executive rooms - each room of 2 adults, which ideally should have separate beds as shown in photos. While checking in, there was an argument that i booked two rooms each room of one adult only. And they did not provide executive rooms of a separate beds, and gave us a regular double cot bed. The restaurant is available only for breakfast. For dinner, we stepped into another hotel nearby. Ideally, we could have booked at the other hotel if all these were known to us before opting for this hotel. It was completely dark in the 3rd floor corridor while we were checking-in, in the evening around 6 pm. Tv was not working. Never ever will stay in this hotel.

No proper receiving. Not even shown the room, just say the room number. No hot water kettle in the room. Towels are not clean. Breakfast items of vada, idly and set dosa are not good. Other items are okay.

I have checked-in to the hotel on 29th april afternoon 2:30 pm and from that time the ac in the hotel is not functional and after raising it several times with the staff also it was not resolved temperature outside being 45 degrees, paid and slept in a sweat damp bed very very horrible experience and the hotel is very unsafe for kids there is window in every room which starts from the floor level and if you open the window you will directly land to the ground head-braking

We have complained about the ac like twice but finally ended up drenched all night as the ac was not working. Who the hell in the world pays 5000 bucks for a non ac room. Good, it is very near to railway station.

Good. The rooms were good. They were neat and clean. The amenities were good and hygienic. The staff was helpful too. Moreover the place is at the center of the city with easy access to transportation.

Ambience of the room is good. I would suggest to have more lighting in lobbies. Prices is expensive

In-spite of booking through mm t & getting a confirmed booking, the hotel said they are booked out & didn't allot us any room.

The rooms were neat and clean. The rooms were big. They provided a very good spread for breakfast. Only problem is car parking space.

My stay is very pleasant food is good. Property’s location is good. Amenities and services are good. Totally everything is good.

Search from mmt and book this hotel, service is good, staff behavior is good overall value for money for the hotel.
