Review Of Hotel Holiday Homes

Property location is good as it’s just beside road. Food is also close to good other than previous mentioned two rest were below average like bed sheets were dirty, No hot water No light Spiders were roaming in room. Toiletries were absent Worst thing is hotel name on MMT is different than real name of hotel (holiday homes) Over all will recommend this place only for food.

FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD. I booked the hotel for 4th and 5th Dec 2024 with my wife. Booking was done on 2nd dec 24. I travelled as per the map shown in MMT site as well as on Google page. But the location I reached as per the MAP was 60 km away from the actual hotel site. I tried calling the hotel and MMT from there for about 2 hours but hotel owner did not pick up at all and MMT would not connect me to some representative. eventually after 2 hours with the help of locals I reached the actual site of hotel. but shockingly the hotel was closed. with the help of locals when I spoke to the hotel owner, he said that my hotel is closed for long time and he did not know why MMT is still accepting booking on his behalf. when I asked him that he would have informed about closure of the hotel, as booking was done 2 days earlier. but he didn't have any answer. Then I called MMT again and this time could connect to representative. I asked for refund but they outrightly refused for the same. They forced me to stay in a much cheaper hotel nearby which was much cheaper. since it was already 8 PM (4 hours after I reached the site as per map) I did not have any choice. I spoke to their supervisor also but of no help. even today on 06 th dec 24, that hotel is still appearing in MMT site and it seems that they are allowing this fraud to be played on the customers. actually the game seems to be that you entice customer and then put them in a situation where they will have no choice but to accept a low grade stay with same price. for that first they give wrong location (60kms off). pl note that the name of the hotel has also been changed. I was also able to identify with the help of photographs in MMT site and with support of locals. it was a fraud played on me...

The stay at hotel was comfortable with home made food from the owner always on a call away. The location of homestay is good and the place is clean and tidy. The caretakers were humble and helpful. Only the village had power issues which is beyondvthe control of owners but enjoyment in nature is shoat travellers ask

Excellent stay in Hotel Chakrata Home. The staff is too friendly and polite here and the food at the hotel is too delicious.

Food was great. Host virender and his family are very hospitable. Amenities are basic. Cleanliness very good

This a nice hotel situated outside 12 kms of chakrata. The food, location and amnesties were decent. Though they did not provided the wifi which was promised. And air-tel users might struggle with their connectivity. Jio connection works properly.

My experience with this hotel was very good, owner as well as staff was well behaved. I will recommend you to go for this hotel if you thinking to travel chakrata this is far but worth it. Special thanks to the owner for guiding us and managing every thing

Food was tasty and stay was comfortable m recommend this. Staff was very good. All over hotel was excellent.
