Staying in the room is good. But the restaurant facility and service of the hotel is poor.

The stay was good the room was good but all the eminities need a make over. The Hotel Excellency is situated in a good location and near the railway station by around 3km. The room is okay for a couple. The food is little spicy but reasonable cost. The bathroom accessary needs to be fixed as pretty old. The staff is courteous. The hotel is okay for a short stay..

location is great a little 1.7 km from Asansol station. The property needs a revamp . Door locks , AC, lift all need upliftment . but at the price with complimentary breakfast not much can be expected.

This hotel everything bad, hygiene not maintain and hotel land line not working and food quality very bad

Hotel staff looking horrible. Behavior response also not normal. Fully unsafe and unhigin area, bed, bathroom, surface area as well as lift. Tv, ac liggt and fan also very old and poor condition, working with very bad sound.

The hotel is at a prime location but it is experienced that at the time of check-in, they allot below standard room first then they change the room with all amenities if any objection rises by the person who booked on line, food qualities and services are satisfactory.

Please do not go by the pictures, nothing was good about the hotel, we had checked out within an hour from check in

Staying in this hotel is a terrible experience, no hygiene, they charge for package drinking water. Breakfast is an eyewash, tea and butter toast is provided that too cold and one can't chew or drink total waste of money

Do not book thus hotel, hygiene and quality atmosphere is out of their protocol and by mistake don't book and in name of breakfast one cup of cold tea and toast with touch of butter is provided in room

Room was decent in size. But bed bugs were their so not able to sleep properly. Room smell is not good. Staff was sleeping near lift. Looks odd.
