Good, nearest to our field and on the highway. Room service is good. The staff is good.

Not So good ,No Proper Room Service available there. No kitchen ,Also Connectivity is not good

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the quick and efficient room service. Highly recommend!

We hired this hotel due to its prime location. But the service was horrible. 1. No drinking water was supplied. After repeated calls, it was supplied after half an hour 2. There is no geyser in the bathroom. After waiting for one hour, we had to bath in cold water only in january cold season at 7. 30 am in morning. Because we wanted to check out at 8 am 3. Though rated a suit room @3000- per night, the upholstery and linen was of a lodge category of 500

Room quality was less than poor but all employees behavior are good. And one more thing, too much mosquito

Room n location fine, bathroom fixtures old pipes leaking, hygiene average, service poor, staff not courteous overall average

From raniganj station book toto it will take 15 to 20 minutes and rs. 80 to 100. Food not up to the mark amenities & service very poor

Rooms are too big but bedsheets are not properly cleaned. AC’s are not working properly in 1 room.. No AC remote given. Moreover No Towel… no intercom… just room!!!!!

The location is good. But food is very bad. Curtains of the rooms are missing. When we checked in the bedsheet was dirty.

The linen provided was in horrible dirty state, no spare linen in good quality was available. Needs to upgrade standard.

No provision of even complimentary bed tea swearage system of bath room was found ineffective.

Room was very dirty, no curtain, towel was dirty, tv n all electric boards were very very dirty. Shower was dirty and not working. The wall paint was coming out spider net

First we need to know what is hotel. It's looking like granite store. Leave the metter of meals staf are also not available to arrange any thing to you. It's better to stay on railway platform after taking 50 rs per three hour platform ticket

Ambience is good, rooms are ok with proper ventilations.

Good hotel for a day's stay.. Good food, good and well behaved staff and average room but serves the purpose.. Overall a pocket friendly hotel.. 👏🏽
