Terrible Stay

I fully paid my money to mm t but trapped in a fraud case as tbere is no such address in ghe given location contact person said the hotel is no more exists and they do not receive any payment. I visit the place from airport and there is no such hotel there is a guest house with different name and it was locked. I tried to contact mm t but i could not. There was no cancellation option too. I did not get the refund though i did not check in there and facing a lot of harrasments after landing in kolkata from venice. However i had a flight on next day early morning i had to find another stay and i paid twice for a single night stay in kolkata. I never expect this kind of irresponsible and dishonest course of actions from mmt. However there is no such contact no in mm t apps, i have found to call to refund. Please fix the issue asap. I had all the proofs of declining and non existence of the hotel i booked. Please issue my refund.
